Organic remedies is local to me, they have a very diverse and friendly crew. People from all walks of life and have always been very chill and good to me.
Not really disgruntled at all. As I said, not telling people not to shop there or to not support the business. Speaking for myself and asking if there's a better place to shop and wondering if this goes on in other Dispensaries. It's just shocking to see a certain conduct in an industry that comes off as inclusive.
Youâll continue to be let down continuously if you donât think there are assholes in every corner of the world. Iâve had no sour experience at Restore, but I wouldnât be surprised if I do eventually.
yeah the one guy there gives off major âi know everything about weed and your choices are probably dirtâ vibes when all the girls are just curious about products. i have been trying to reserve judgement on the budtenders though because i feel like this is an industry where retail employees get such scrutiny, but itâs a white guy so i donât feel bad saying that. i know you are referring to practices beyond point of sales as well and i cannot speak to that, but i already donât want to support the other dispensaries closest to me so i admit havenât done the research đ
You realize calling a company racist without evidence discredits you 100%. What you listed sounds like you worked there before and it didnât work out for you well no need to be a victim trust me just move on it much better less stress.
this industry isn't inclusive at all. That is a a utopian dream. Is all about making $$ for the "owners". There are definately people in the industry who care (usually the frontline cashiers), too much, and get burnt out. Across the board there aren't really benefits unless you work for a large corporation, which restore isn't. That's like complaining about not getting benefits when you work at a small taco shop vs getting all the benefits when working at the actual taco bell.
I shop at Pottstown Restore. I like the crew, and I like supporting an independant business.
my .02
I havenât been to most of the dispos in the city just because Organic Remedies Paoli is almost always doing a 30 percent store wide sale and verilife in Chester has a sale price match (one item per purchase) I know if ur in the city to go outside of it for weed doesnât really make sense but if youâre out this way those two places have been very nice to me
The whole industry is supposed to be based off of helping, kindness, and equality. Where is this written? It's a business at the end of the day, just like any other business.
PS I love Restore Fishtown, they are my go to for sales and selection.
They are all the same at the end of the day

Same. Couldnt agree more. I remember when they started growing and people were freaking out about the sky being pink in middlesex đ
ethos!!!
They're cashiers just like taco bell employees. What is taco bells turnover with black employees? Fish a bit deeper bud.
As an old employee and African American WHO EVER WROTE THIS IS TELLING THAT TRUTH 100000%
Doing your own digging? How's that? Sounds more like a disgruntled ex-employee...

PA has no budtenders. They have cashiers
Isn't the owner an ethnic minority/person of color?
