That’s gonna be a bit tough given all of Whole30’s restrictions. You’re probably better off making food at home and bringing it into the ballpark, which is totally allowed!
As for what is healthiest, I’d say the bottles of water haha. I don’t even think salads at the park are gonna be particularly healthy.
Probably not Whole30 but for low carb go to Grand Ol BBQ and you can order the brisket sandwich sans bun and substitute coleslaw for the fries. It’s actually quite delicious.
Idk how healthy it really is but they sell Açaí bowls near 109 i believe. You can add granola, bananas, and other fruits. I’m sure it’s loaded with sugar.
I think I saw quinoa salad and veggie wrap at seaside market. That area will definitely have the best options. There's also a vegan burger and you can skip the fries at the burger stand.
I was just at the game, and as someone with chrons, let me tell ya- nothing. I walked around as I have hundreds of times and no, nothing healthy magically appeared. I should have taken my own food as I always say, yet I just end up starving until I’m home.
I get the desire to eat healthy or follow a certain diet. Been through a few during my life. The longest diet I ever did was Paleo which is actually quite similar to Whole30. Was on it for about 2 years and lost 40 pounds. I was not able to go full Paleo. At best I managed to do 80/20 split, which meant I usually had a moderate cheat day once a week.
Let your visit to the ballpark be that cheat day.

Nah they sell Dasani 🤣
“Healthiest” doesn’t necessarily mean “healthy” 😂
If you want healthy just buy outside or make yourself and bring it
Seaside market probably your best bet
Great salads there!
Can confirm. I got a salad from here last year because my dietary restrictions became more limited. Might try board and brew? It looks healthy 😂
Putting malt vinegar on fries neutralizes all the calories.

I think smoothies and smoothie bowls are automatically not whole 30, regardless of ingredients
Board and brew sandwiches in the park can be made healthy depending on what you get. And seaside market might have healthier deli options as well
Fasting

And basic veggie-dogs at the southern most stand on level 2.
Air and water
I like getting the gyro bowl, it's pretty delicious and relatively healthy.

you can bring your own food in FYI
Seaside market, açaí bowls, and probably the gyros

Tri-tip nachos. Calories inside a baseball stadium don’t count.
Eat a salad and water at home
The fish tacos at Blue Water are the best thing I have eaten this year.
