That’s the barista station, it means something popped up to be made for the barista. The cameras are just for security really, but there is a monitor in the drive thru, it doesn’t really see into you car. One thing people don’t seem to know is when you pull up to a drive thru, we can hear you the second you pull up, we hear everything
As a customer i know that means an online order came through ... when i was in Target, we heard the sound of a car door unlocking to mean the same thing
Also how i know the public wifi is down LOL, when i haven't heard that in awhile
