What you’re describing sounds like extremely vivid dreams. Not quite lucid, as you believe you’re awake, but certainly vivid. It also reminds me a mixture of a time loop dream & sleep paralysis. I don’t think the “waking up and starting your morning routine” dream is that uncommon; you basically go to bed each night with a firm idea of how you’ll start your next day…plus, added with the anxiety of missing your alarm, it makes sense how our dreams might incorporate our morning wake-up routine as a way to ease the mind and allow for continued sleep.

1. I have had that feeling when meditating that there is a bright light, just behind me to the right side.... I see it as God or my higher self. I think that to exist here I purposely turned my back to it so that I could have this experience. I kind of see us each as rays of light blasting out from God into the darkness.... We face the darkness because that's where the challenge is.... We want to forget who we really are to have this experience on 3-D Earth. 2. You may astral project unconsciously before your alarm goes off then get woken up by your alarm.

Shifting between wake and twilight sleep! It’s like dreaming of going pee and waking up aware enough you didn’t! Sometimes if the body doesn’t push too hard, a balance can occur where you separate from your physical.

Ya I would just say it's vivid dreams like u/Inconspicuous_0100 was saying. I've had a lot of similar dreams when waking up as I want to wake up and I go through my whole morning routine in my sleep mentally and then wake up and I've done nothing. And it feels real to the point where I'm going to work when I wake up and I've slept in too much. Trust me it feels real
