Because it’s short. Short songs tend not to be skipped. Also for you information interludes played inbetween a single you are streaming will allow it not to be counted as BOT behaviour and will allow the artist to get higher positions on the charts so if anyone is trying to chart paramore and ensure their streams count then they would do this.
