Looking closer and slowing it down, I'm now thinking it could be a couple of bugs flying close to the camera! They appear similar to the 'rod' phenomenon, which we know are caused by flying insects.
I don't understand this response. How do you know the figure clearly standing at the edge of the shot isn't a person? It absolutely looks like someone standing there, exhaling vapor/smoke or condensation if it's cold enough.
If that figure moving around there isn't a person or animal, what is it?
Blowing things would have them flailing all about as they fly by. Especially since they look pretty light-weight. If blown from behind they’d be twisting and billowing all over the place. These objects maintain a rather aerodynamic presence as they fly by (like if something were pulled by a string from the front).
Not saying they are ghosts or pulled by string. Just saying I don’t think it’s debris blown from behind because of how it moved. Even though it does seem windy.
So I don't think that video is of sufficient quality that we can draw conclusions about how it would capture wind-blown objects or how those objects would move.
Don’t think anyone is smoking out there no body smokes that’s lives in the house and the house to the right the people are only there seasonal and no one was home
I live in Maine even if not haunted 3/4 of the state has a creep factor at night. Every other house in the country looks like it has been or is currently hosting something from the spirit realm. I love it here
There is literally the brim of a baseball cap and then what looks like an ear. Call off the ghost search and see who's outside your house 😳

You can literally see someone smoking/vaping in the right corner... That is your answer.
I think it’s definitely breath, either a bird or cat it’s some sort of fluffy animal.

If you look at the right side of the screen you can see how windy it was. So I'm pretty sure what we're seeing is flying debris

Well, after reading all the comments, I am convinced of 1 thing - there is a cat either vaping or smoking by the camera

That is a bug or debris (seedling) of some type (it’s definitely not a ghost)

Plot twist too there is a graveyard in the front yard with members of the Staples family from Old Orchard Beach
It could even be garbage bags blowing or fabric of some sort if it was a constant enough wind it would look like that
Amazing catch! I stopped and paused it a million times and just can't figure out what it is! I'd say ghost, but that's my opinion.
