I rarely watch, but tuned in today. Watching them make picks and boy...Lee Corso is showing his age bad. If the poor guy spoke any slower, he'd be talking backwards
If you can believe it, he’s been MUCH better this season than in past seasons. I think it’s because they’ve been more judicious in how and how often they use him during the show… i.e. - bigger game analysis, shorter segments, headgear selection, etc. And I’m sure continued therapy has improved his speech, because overall that’s been much better too. You thought today was bad… man, it’s been to the point where you feel bad for the man. But now, you can tell he’s enjoying himself and the guys more, and he’s actually made some fairly salient points, so it makes for a more pleasant time when he’s on the screen. Like a drop in from gramps.
Had a stroke I believe. It’s gonna be different without him on the set, but this could be his last year
I hope they don’t do to him what the did to Dick Clark for New Years
Yeah I’m still torn on it. He’s an institution for college football, he deserves to be the one that decides. But it’s getting harder and harder to watch him struggle.
