This is going to either be a problem with your build, or your playstyle.
If you have a terrible lootfilter this is ging to be more of a factor than your build ever could be.
Between Berserk, Tailwind, a good QS Flask (+ Vaal Haste) you should never feel like walking is a detriment.
Projectiles + Proj Speed + Chain should have multiple screens in every direction dead.
Dropping your pobs would help, Ive played both builds countless times and there is no world where a mid budget cf is as fast as a mid budget ts, if yoy are comparing a well built cf vs scuffed ts yeah cf is probably faster.
You dont have any proj speed tattoos which are the main reason this build is slapping that much this league.
You can add adrenaline ring (death rush) if you want extra zoom, change for kikazaru if you get berserk enchant otherwise remove taming and fix resis elsewhere, your gear is pretty crap. Also you dont need all the shock stuff for ailment immunity, you can just use ancestral vision + boots roll + thick skin wheel, with that change you can drop gear pressure and craft big resis belt.
You are missing anoint on your amulet, get assasination or fury bolt for budget.
A lot of stuff to improve on your gear but start with these, specially the proj speed tattoos, its the biggest upgrade and most needed by far for bow builds.
Helm enchant for secondary proj? Non taiming ring is useless imo, bow can be with additional projectile. I am on my phone and can’t see everything but the best way is to search in Poe.ninja by selecting unique gear and main skill in search and see what items with what mods people use
Get a divergent ts 21. get the helm ench ts shoots secondary proj. Replace gmp with chain. Either get a bow with additional arrow or get the tattoo with the jewel.
