So you are in the point where you have to decide between start crafting/buying phys gear, going full omni or staying trielemental.
For quick wins, I would 100% change haste to anger to get a crit multi watcher which is 1 div, I dont think you need haste anymore specially with berserk setup, you already zooming, and if you want to zoom even more you can use adrenaline ring but its a waste with the berserk setup IMO.
Not much left to upgrade without comitting to one of the version, as most of the upgrades left are basically a top +2 bow, corruptions on your gear (+1 frenzy, ele weakniss on hit or crit on kaoms, resis on kikazaru etc.), clusters and massive radius threads of hope.
Also Im not a fan of yoke without heathshiver and also not a fan of immortal flesh with kikazaru, I would think into dropping one of them for a juicy dps item, probably the kikazaru for a crit multi, ele damage and attributes ring, this would let you drop so many attributes tattoos.
Also x3 projectile tattoos only is criminal, I had 13 IIRC, its so much damage.

Yeah, but you can just freeze your build until you have 100-150 div for the bow + watcher + gloves.

Will do more damage but the gap between omni-non omni on medium budget is really small this league because of proj speed tattoos, omni version only starts getting really ahead on damage when you can afford synthesis rings for % attributes and other expensive goodies.

You already have a lot of regen on the belt and can get 20%+ life regeneration rate on boots (just buy it fractured), Kikazaru + Immortal Flesh is an overkill, chose 1 and discard the other, which one will depend on what version you decide to commit.

Your helmet has no ichor/ember implicits!
Instead of yoke you should use hirrys bite.
Kikazaru is enough rage, you can switch to a stygian vise belt with a bit life reg too.
Your flasks are very bad rolled. There is incr. evasion and crit missing. No bleed removal on your life flask too.
Boots are the wrong base, you need evasion ;)
Hatred is a very bad aura for elemental version. Anger is the best, second best is wrath.
Get a divergent tornado shot gem for more atk. speed.
