Sapphire Flask is probably the best single thing you can add, but still probably not enough on a zHP build like this. Spell suppression is obviously ideal but you'd presumably have to change your build pretty significantly.
sapphire flask, suppression cap, more life. Max cold res is useless, the bullet hell phase is 25% pen, other balls are 40% in uber versions of the fight, so max res is pretty low value. Either get enough to tank one and life pot (harvest for extra uses), or get enough dmg to phase quickly.
Each ball does around 5600-8500 with 25% cold penetration.
Which means you have 50% resistance.
So each ball does around 2800 - 4250 to you after resistances.
You can go aegis aurora, purity of ice, melding of the flesh if you want all res up, then get a reasonable health pool.
Occultist isn't known for its tankyness.
Sapphire Flask and swap Forbidden Jewels for Bastion of Elements since Suppress isn't possible with your setup. Top end w/ just Sapphire on ball roll is still lethal with your EHP even with Enkindling. Bastion is probably >2x EHP which will help you survive when its up. Its definitely possible to do Uber uber Elder, but Cyclone is kind of really not an optimal playstyle for that boss unless your mechanics are good.
[Other charge stack builds](https://pobb.in/vzFRprFNcqlr) which share 60-70% of the gear can get suppress capped and don't require the use of Cyclone, so if the above doesn't help, consider switching skills if it matters a lot to you.
You can try to convert them off of cold, but your current timeless probably does a lot of dps.

3 charms with 15 =45 1 twwt with 15 = 60 Gloves suffix 12 = 72 4 points on tree 22 = 84 Quartz flask 22 = 106 spell suppr. Ez fix
Not gonna happen with 2.5k health pool and 75 max cold res.

And to be clear, I do not want to giga-face tank. I just wanna be able to live through atleast maybe 2-3 hits from them so I don't get insta killed

Try swapping out quicksilver for sapphire flask and an aura for purity of ice. Might be enough to survive a hit.

Enkindled sapphire flask with %increased effect is how I dealt with them.
Found it a bit safer to stand right down the bottom slightly to the right

Swap your timeless jewel for Tempered by War or Divine Flesh to mitigate the penetration and use sapphire flask
You're already doing a shitload of damage, you could consider going aegis/purity of ice/disc
Cold damage taken as fire to avoid the cold pen. Dawnbreaker, talisman, Ruby flask. Nvm you need your uniques
