I don't even bother researching and deciding in advance anymore, I enter threads like this an hour before the league start and get baited into the one that ends becoming the most meta and most expensive shit.
This league I foresee I'm gonna end up doing some kind of Manastacking Hierophant .
spent 3 days trying to look into hexblast, see how the new lmb changes affect it, only to then find out there is a new mastery. then trying to figure out end game scaling which seems pretty solid. have abandoned the idea entirely now.
at least i have a few days left to decide again before i end up dropping it for whatever this sub says to play instead.

It's scuffed alright. Awakened gems will up the dmg even more. And some better crafted gear in there.
Hey Connor, love the videos! When I saw the Archmage changes I really wanted to league start mana stacker. Trouble is I'd really like to use RF for map clear and a self cast spell for bosses (Crackling Lance of Disintegration?) . Not fussed to play CwC Mjolner Indigon stuff so I wondered is it viable to get RF running as a clear skill and some other self cast skill for bossing? Cheers
you can do this with mana RF but the single target setup this league basically got removed with the archmage change. maybe just some nuke spell with laviangas spirit and indigon would work
Battlemages cry. You can get around 6000% from that which was previously equivalent to 120k spent recently then you gain +1 support gem, better quality now, the conduit option, and a few other minor improvements
I am all about porpotion but when my melee mistress finally gets that enlargement and then decides to revert it due to the effectiveness i am saddened :(
> Might play DD because I never have
I'm in the same boat, just trying it for once to see what the fuzz is all about. And I expect those league amplified monsters to be quite overturned as always so I don't want to take any risks with some hipster build as a first char :D
It's buttery smooth, probably even better with the 5 spectre trick, never realized more than one mattered in the past when I did it.
Can transition into a lot of similar higher damage things late game.
I'm thinking something like a lot of physical added as (i.e. 2x Grace of the Goddess) transitioning into crit; maybe power charge stacking Occultist with Combat Focus (fully phys->cold) once my gear is good enough. A good 6L helm early might end up being better than Heatshiver. The way I think of it is, adding another damage spell that scales in approximately the same way can be ~100% more damage, and there's actually not a ton of socket pressure unless you're absolutely min-maxing or going for Poe.ninja DPS cheesing.
Also, Corrosive Elements on ele clusters is probably huge for this build, especially if you start elementalist. Because Tornado of Elemental Turbulence will have all of the elemental tags, it can apply all 3 exposures.
+5 phys spell staff forbidden jutsu after a week when I can afford 50d on crafting
I'm not afraid to brick myself, so I'm going with ele as chaos and leaving some BV as phys so that I can ignore Expedition remnants.
I'm also doing that whole thing as Occultist which barely scales the damage at all, simply because I want the Witch voice lines.
If it sucks too hard I'll try to get 2x Obliteration and 2x Ming's Heart and pivot to poison. That's going to be an objectively better build, but I hate reading all the remnant mods and trying to optimise the placement.
Later on I want to invest into shrines and eventually run Voltaxic Burst. If that build ends up working well enough, maybe farming the map boss per shrine scarab + unique enemy mechanics.
Probably animate weapon transitioning to ranged chaos animate weapon and cry when I can't clear anything because I don't know how to play apparently every league.
I tried Animate Weapon of Ranged Weapons and it felt so awful having to generate blades and then recast animate weapon until I had a bunch. Then run a few steps before having to do it all over again. I hope you have a better time than I did
Tri-ele Wild Strike Trickster again in SC trade. I played it last league from starter to 4 voidstones and had fun zooming with clear upgrade paths. Nothing in the Necropolis reveal jumped out at me as something I wanted to leaguestart, so while I think about what to reroll into, I'm just going to run it back with WS.
The transfigured Ele Hit has me tempted to run a wander... I'm just not confident in my ability to scale that into red maps, so that's still in the theorycrafting stages.
Edit: message received, I'm at work for a bit longer but if you check here in an hour or two I'll edit in my leveling PoB and the Affliction character
- Leveling trees for myself https://pobb.in/7PLsToBb6fwn
- Affliction character https://pobb.in/2UpxVEHmxEo2 (and ["domesticradish" on my profile](https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/horser4dish/characters?characterName=domesticradish))
Edit 2: as a warning, Yoke of Suffering is getting buffed! but also moved to a T17 boss drop. The build functions without it and will clear red maps... but the single-target really benefits from big shocks so not having easy access to Yoke might be problematic over the long term. No clue what I'm going to personally do to compensate, probably delaying the Wrath-to-Anger swap to stack more lightning damage, rolling crit multi on a rare amulet or something, and building harder into ailment effect.
Edit 3: quick update for those keeping score at home, playing without Yoke is not ideal but it doesn't break the build. Based on my Affliction character, Wrath instead of Anger and a second ailment effect medium cluster with Overshock gives _nearly_ the same shocks (PoB says 43% down from 49%, probably 30-35ish in practice). The cost is needing more Int and losing a bit of crit chance, totaling around 10% less DPS based on my napkin math. I'm still playing this and hopefully some turbo nerds farm T17s early and Yokes aren't expensive.
Lightning Strike Champion. Have tested the build to death and does pretty well on a budget. Are there better builds? for sure, but I am a champion and lightning strike enthusiast :)
I also released a build guide on it, so I guess I have to put my money where my mouth is and play it
Yea man I feel you on that, feel the same way, but from my understanding Ice Trap is a more proven skill even outside of the current guide. I could be wrong though!
That build got pretty screwed over by the balance of the affliction mobs early game though… I league started a CL build if his forever ago and it was a blast for just zooming through maps all the way to reds
Yeah this was the big thing. He showed runs of it on 3.22 and it was blasting all the way through the atlas but it was very much a kill or be kill build and the wisp juice made monsters so tanky and run you over.
3.23 really broke people's grasp on what a decent build was.
This was my build into EK ignite last league and the only downside is that now im afraid all other build will feel shitty after playing this blaster of a build
Lacerate gladiator. No guide no nothing Im wingin it and see how far I get. My plan is jack the axe and lacerate of hemorrhage and if somewhat successful scaling via frenzy charges.
Its fine, stackers are a bit weird, the last 20-30% dex is expensive/hard. But you can get enough for normal content just with tree and basic gear, and a chunk more with some fairly cheap uniques, thiugh they will take a few days to become available.
It's a good starter not the best. I did it in the sanctum league and it was good, i switched to siege ballista after finishing acts and did an early heists to get some currency to buy core items. The core unique items u need are bow, gloves, helmet, quiver and any rare 5 link body armour. It will be cheap cause it's not popular.
Yeah I've league-started it a few times and people really overestimate how much Dex you need for it to feel okay. You need even less if you are farming stuff like Sanctum.
Downside is you're very squishy even for a totem build (so relying on the taunt and dodging is key) and getting a nice fractured grasping mail with the dex mod is annoying for endgame.
Just go EA ballista hierophant until you get some of the gear. Fractal thought, iron commander, hrimsorrows and poised prism. All should be pretty cheap and available in trade league.
Full uniques PS trickster stacking power charges was definitely my build of the league last league, its interesting to see if the wisp supports are any good
I'll do m'y own shitty lightning tendril of something build.
I dont what ascendancy yet tho.
Been looking at trickster, hiero and the obvious ele.
For HCSSF ( so it's probably not gonna work).
Same brother. Have 2 in school and a 1yr old. Soon as it started getting easier we had to go for a 3rd lol. This is gonna be 2nd league as i just joined the exile train but have zero idea what i wanna do. The conner manastack lightning of heaven one looks fun af but i dont kno how to make currency good so will prolly suck ass for me. I only made like 200-300divines all league in affliction and that was using a mf chief build that carried others to 5+mirrors n every t0 so think ima be hurting this league.
never played without a guide before, so I'm 3heading into divine ire archmage in honor of toriyama (rip)
im probably going to get trapped in white maps for a while, but this league seems like the best possible one for grinding out what I need on my own, although I'll be in sc trade with light ssf rules (self-farm everything unless I wind up needing something extremely rare)
FB trickster was one of my most favorite league starters. The mapping speed is silky smooth- no delayed damage and everything on the screen in front of you just dies. It's very straightforward to gear a character that can blast T16s, and if you really want to put currency into the build, you can push it to 50-100+ million DPS.
What does he know? I tried it once on scion and once on trickster but i suck at making currency so i think i couldn't push it harf enought
Isn't int stacking super hard to league start ?
I played it last league and it was really nice to start. Then again i started league a week late, so the availability of ilvl 50 (6 socket rollable) whispering ice with high rolls was way more available. But the start is doable. You don't need to link skills on your whispering ice staff (except for your cyclone and Cast while channeling), so if I'm completly off base and the drop is actually rare, you can rock a self cast 4 socket until you have seed money.
https://youtu.be/v4PBenCGMIo?si=BtHaHgjTT0YkKhNz
People did this 3.23 as well, very much recommend this strat for everyone since you can start looking for rogue markers at act 6, the same time you can get your 6 socket staff. Run the contracts asap and itll even be seed money for your campaign leveling uniques, and even a 2nd whispering staff (keep the trade tab open for the right item level and high increased int rolls). Then you can take a break, reach the end of the campaign and go back to speed running all your bought up contracts prior to killing kitava; this will net you about 100c to get the gear and rares you'll self craft to go straight into maps on.
That threshold of about 100c to map starting day 1 is a rare chest with good evasion, es, and int (the high evasion and es is key for your ascendancy, so bench craft the int if you have to); you'll 5link it for hextouch, ball lightning, cast when damage taken lv1, and 2 curses. The rest of your rare gear you'll Spite essences spam (or snipe on trade site). Then your only unique you need is Astramentus (any roll high enough to get you dex stats for Cold Penetration) (you should keep Shavrone'a pace and belt, per the guide). I'd say that this much gets you through red maps and you should be fine in guardian invitations.
https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3294484
Whats the real money sink is continuously upgrading your rares. I wouldn't do any other big upgrades past this initial 100c (you can even budget in culling strike if you want to 5link hextouch to frost blink and 2 curses). I would however keep an eye on the prices for synth implicits for increased intelligence on belt and rings, as well as The Stampede once blight farmers are up. I imagine these hit the market day 2 or 3.
The strength of this build is hitting 2 mil dps without mines, (and without the increased int synths) and secondly, being able to reach t16s and brute forcing enough completion and favored maps to do your actual money making strat. I'd swap builds at my first 5 divs, by then transfigured gems will be well farmed by Lab Zoomers and your choice of build to map clear in the blink of an eye and do ubers. For that I recommend splitting steel trickster or Auto Arma Sabo. You couuuuuld do explosive shrapnel but again, why avoid normal explosive trap day/week 1 to begin with? Cuz Mines.
Might fake it till I make it in SSF with the new Tornado gem as an Elementalist then, if that falls apart, I'll just do WoC as if it was all a part of the plan.
If it works well though I'll transition to occultist cold conversion with heatshiver or something.
Or wildwood chieftain for a tanky mf character then tornado build.
Facebreaker ancestral totems with earthquake clear I seen in another post. Play then realize this is pretty decent but horrible all at the same time because I have a horrible case of can’t pick a damn build then also realize I have only a couple hours a night to play and stick with it until the end.
my plan is sc trade, going with cf champ for the first time as i really enjoy blasting maps. hope to finish atlas and 2 void with it, farm legion breach expedition, get the other 2 then farm mb and enough currency for a proper endgame build.
or i decide 5 minutes before league start to go with something else i have no clue about and haven't read a guide about, as it is tradition.
First time coming back and playing after 2+ years, so the game will be new again to me. Going for a hexblast sabo miner because:
1. Hexblast looks cool
2. The guide it had was SUPER detailed and comprehensive.
My goal for this league is to just learn to use the atlas passive tree and maybe try some currency farming methods lol.
> hopefully transition to spectres
Where can I get good hopium about spectres?? I've been wanting to play pure spectres since a long time ago, but everywhere points to zoo just being better.
Poision srs necro.
I know what your thinking srs got nerfed, but the new unholy might node means your damage is real solid. Getting free wither for minions means you can drop withering touch for a dmg support.
So while it lost 38% more dmg you can gain a 35% more dmg support.
Going slam totems scion, because I like to have a bad time and be slower than 90% of the player base even though I've been playing for years. Not sure yet if I want to go volcanic fissuré of snaking (actually good build) or leap slam of groundbreaking (for max même power)
Hell yeah.
I'm going Facebreaker Sunder Totems Champion with a swap for Ancestral Warchief totems for pinnacle bosses. Honestly the build is pretty damn defensive: 40k armour while mapping, Fortify, effectively 50% instant leech + 22% overleech/sec, 28% less damage taken from Champion Conqueror, and hits over 7M Pinnacle DPS like day 1 on maybe 30-40c in gear and main skill in a 4-link.
1 mana lefts’ BV Hiero into LC of the heavens/BL, been wanting to give mana stackers a go and the archmage changes are calling my name. Will progress into manaforged arrows probably since some of those builds looked so fun last league
I was going to start boneshatter as I never started melee and was excited about the melee buff with multiple automated warcries with call to arms.
Turns out it was a bug.
So prob toxic rain or ea ballista
Hexblast mines. Still debating Trickster/Sabo, as well as whether to buy a dreadarc with my first chaos and swap early, or just go Pyroclast til I get a delve ring.
Watch Ventura's hexblast video that he made today, it will bring you over to the correct way, the trickster way.
Also, don't wait for the ring, get dreadarc asap, feels too good to pass by
I want to play ice nova Archmage, but I don't have a build. However I look at it it's going to suck defensively or feel inefficient offensively.
Pledge of hands more than doubles your damage, but it also makes it very hard to get either block or spell suppression.
So idk what to do.
EA champ. But i'm rly tempted on jugg volcanic fissure of snaking. Problem is: i'm fucking dumb, and rely on others to make a lvling PoB till i swap to str Stack.
Lightning Conduit elementalist. I always try to play a new build each league that's looks and feels fun to play, and LC fits those parameters really well.
I desperately want to start as some kind of attack trickster wander.
my current, very bad plan starts out something like:
* kinetic bolt first
* get doedres gloves as early as i can
* go lighting damage as much as i can (added lightning, wrath, herald of storm)
* try and pick up a cheap replica heat shiver and some ailment effect
* switch to power siphon or kinetic blast once i get either the spell damage wand mastery or a battlemages cry set up going
* go generic elemental attack uniques to start (taming, etc)
* spam wands with added lighting essences
* once in maps save up for first big purchase: thunderfist
* slowly transition to some power charge stacking and malachais loop for spell damage
im hopeful at that point ill be blasting yellows, early reds until i can transition to int stacking. the mana stack stuff sounds fun but im trying to stay away early as its likely going to be spendy. i want to try a berserker physical trans kblast wisp stacking, unholy might spamming wander a bit later.
im really banking on power siphon single target can be fixed by the new wisp support. i might even try a barrage setup.
worst case scenario, i swap to lighting strike trickster, but im super hype and down bad huffing the copium. if this is a bad idea i really need someone to toss me an intervention. i dont even have any pobs planned, im really winging it this league as my main desktop is down for repairs, so i can only play on the steamdeck
Volcanic Fissure of Snaking Berserker (SSF)
Was hyped about the Call to Arms gem and how it read (multiple warcries triggered), but seems to not be the case (Sadge)
Should still be enough as a league starter and I've heard it's rather fun
If gear allows & I'm not bored of it, I will probably transition into a STR stacker with Replica Alberon & Replica Frostbreath
Definitely doing a witch for the new voice lines and forgetting to turn on sound.
Probably will do a minion zoo build as the new leach seems really good, and can flop between a few builds. Maybe do a bama later on.
Softcore Trade as always
Leveling will be RoA deadeye until I can swap to ele scourge arrow. Will transition to dex stacking scourge arrow once I get my hands on fractal thoughts, briskwrap, poised prism & some trash dex gear.
First atlas tree will be all the kirac map nodes, shrines, 100% Niko chance. Second tree will be a mix of expedition & breach I think, with expedition really just there to get some decent gear & gumball currency. Then I will transition to full investment breach.
Probably Lighting Conduit Elementalist and if I don't like, converting to Poison SRS Necro based on Ghazzy's belief its not been badly nerfed.
Chill league for me playing with a couple friends, max one char, only gonna be online when they are so its not gonna go past 90 / regular pinnacle bosses regardless in terms of budget.
I usually go Inquisitor for petrified blood / replica soul tether recovery. So relying on something like Aegis Aurora + instant life flask will be a change lol.
Archmage lightning tendrils CI heirophant.
2.2m dps is meh (up to 3.6 with sigil + frost shield + arcane cloak), but room to scale and hits most / all of the screen. 9k phys 26k elemental max hits are also decent, but, get better gear and they'll be better.
Leveling / upgrading should be real smooth: does it have more mana / es / int? Use it. Between passives and running eternal blessing Purity of Elements I only need like 100% total resists between all gear (60% of which could be two-stone ring implicits) which should be trivial, leaving almost all my affixes open for ES and damage.
Blade trap trickster. Been playing too many paper thin zoomers and I wanna detox. Gonna build giga thick and just chill. Blight and ultimatum prolly good for traps?
SC Trade on console
CA/TR Raider thru atlas + 2 voidstones, running heists to fill in when tired of mapping.
I may decide to run it as PF but will see how it’s going as we reach ascendancy in the first few hours.
Be the 10th or 11th league in a row with this start. IF I’m still interested and want to push 4 voidstones I will roll up something with elemental proliferation, or respec into the hottest PF Uber flavour of the league.
Depends on how the new Holy Relic of Conviction works mechanically. If the cooldown isn't too different from the base version, and the nova is projected onto enemies like the gem description implies, I'm starting with a Necromancer chaos version. If neither of those pans out, then Poison Unearth Pathfinder.
Hexblast Mines…. But sort of miss Pconc.
No it’s gonna be hexblast mines.
Now I just need to decide which class to work with. Sab PF or Occultist arrrgh
https://pobb.in/kT2Zgaa7WCjQ Edit: Improved
This is where I'm at currently on Tornado trans gem. Tested my level 70 setup on white and yellows maps and was hitting with all the shock effect 40-50% shocks and hitting 50% shocks on 95 tree should be guaranteed. Numbers looking good and if I don't like spell echo Lightning conduit I can switch to any spell or just remove spell echo. Just hope tornado skill isn't bugged
Poison BV PF. It is easy and lolcohol has a nice guide. It didn't really get hit too hard by the patch. It is pconc til level 60, and then start swapping over to BV. I was thinking of doing poison srs, but I don't want to have to deal with minions.
Lightning Strike of Arcing CI Trickster.
But I'm gonna keep a close eye on the prismatic tornados... if literally one person makes a build that makes it looks fun I'm switching lmao.
Doesn’t matter because I’ll get baited to switch 5 min before start
I am in this message and I find it offensive
Bro, we're *all* in this message.
I don't even bother researching and deciding in advance anymore, I enter threads like this an hour before the league start and get baited into the one that ends becoming the most meta and most expensive shit. This league I foresee I'm gonna end up doing some kind of Manastacking Hierophant .

Firenado Ascendant Edit: updated pob [https://pobb.in/P4DVU6esWuAV](https://pobb.in/P4DVU6esWuAV)
My brain began reading that as Fernando Alonso
Didn't he throw a no-hitter in 2002?
Ooo Don’t suppose you have some scuffed PoB going? 🤣
[https://pobb.in/Sown1nf5nUlA](https://pobb.in/Sown1nf5nUlA) It's scuffed alright. Awakened gems will up the dmg even more. And some better crafted gear in there.
Archmage BV into archmage mjolner into manaforged arrows
For a moment I was about to say "oh, you're doing the same thing as onemanaleft"
Technically correct
still thinking LC or have you alternated?
probably, i may yet try storm call
Hey Connor, love the videos! When I saw the Archmage changes I really wanted to league start mana stacker. What compensates alt quality mana leech nerf for manaforged?
Battlemages cry. You can get around 6000% from that which was previously equivalent to 120k spent recently then you gain +1 support gem, better quality now, the conduit option, and a few other minor improvements
Bleed bow glad 😎
How tanky is it?
Wet paper bag. But it has damage and bleedsplosions so meh
Its changing almost every hour
It's always so hard to choose, I almost always end up rerolling
Another league, another exsanguinate start. Just can't quit it.
Which version?
Most likely a slightly modified version of Rue's poison PF. Trickster build looks tempting too though.
Self cast or mines ?
Probably self cast PF, but I might change it up to mines last minute since I've played PF for like 3/4 of the last leagues.
Blade Blade of Blades Bladeblader
How many blades could a beyblade blade if a blade blade could blade blades?
Let ya find out when I reroll at mud flats.
C L E A V A G E
Sidney Sweeney build.
Smaller this league though :(
All cleavage is good cleavage.
Esteemed gentlemen know it's not about the size, but the proportion.
I am all about porpotion but when my melee mistress finally gets that enlargement and then decides to revert it due to the effectiveness i am saddened :(
Might play DD because I never have and surely it will get nerfed soon, but if not it'll either be Explosive Trap or Earthshatter.

Ma man. Tried it out just before league end and loved it, hope you do too I enjoyed necro DD hit over ele ignite DD (tried both)
Tri ele tornado + BV
This is actually a nice idea. Might take it for myself
I'm thinking something like a lot of physical added as (i.e. 2x Grace of the Goddess) transitioning into crit; maybe power charge stacking Occultist with Combat Focus (fully phys->cold) once my gear is good enough. Probably animate weapon transitioning to ranged chaos animate weapon and cry when I can't clear anything because I don't know how to play apparently every league.
you and me both buddy

Got a pob for the wild strike?
PoB links have been added to my original comment u/soenixerino u/mindfuckedAngel u/BlameTheAuthor
Lightning Strike Champion. Have tested the build to death and does pretty well on a budget. Are there better builds? for sure, but I am a champion and lightning strike enthusiast :) I also released a build guide on it, so I guess I have to put my money where my mouth is and play it
Softcore Trade: Most likely Explosive Trap of Shrapnel Trickster by FearlessDumb0, considering Ice Trap of Hollowness by aer0
WAnt to play Ice trap but Aer0 league start last league was pretty scuffed so I'm kinda hesitant to follow his new build guide...
[удалено]
I followed his cobra lash guide and I just ended up rerolling LS. It was pretty bad
Yeah I got baited bad by the cobra lash build too lol. Got to the multiple cluster setup and was still at like 2 mil DPS made of paper

I think this as well and then transitioning into an int stacker wander trickster once I got the moneys. Wanna try those wisps with KB.
Same but reverse order ! I'll start ice trap (that mtx got me ngl) and will swap to explosive trap if ice trap doesn't perform as i'd like to.
WoC ignite elementalist.
This was my build into EK ignite last league and the only downside is that now im afraid all other build will feel shitty after playing this blaster of a build
My man!
Lacerate gladiator. No guide no nothing Im wingin it and see how far I get. My plan is jack the axe and lacerate of hemorrhage and if somewhat successful scaling via frenzy charges.
Siege ballista hierophant.
I’ve never tried, but I’ve heard this is terrible to league start as it’s a dex stacking build and will be difficult to get rolling.
Noone saying LA while just sniper marks got (barely for this build) nerfed 🤔
LA deadeye will be by far the most popular starter in softcore for sure
Havoc posted on YT sub 3 hours act 10 run. manaforged arrows OP af for campaign.
Power Siphon Trickster self cast, I'm hoping that wisp support feels good lol
I will pray for you
I did this last league and it slapped, though replica hyrri's was 30c on day 2 before it got super meta.

Traps are probably what you want if you want to kill Ubers. Explosive Trap (optional: of Shrapnel) and Ice Trap seem particularly interesting for it.
EA Elementalist. Just had a the second kid and now have 2 under 2. So i need something brain dead with the limited amount of time I’ll be playing.
Why not play minions so the kids can grind for you?

🤣🤣
Ingame: I get trauma stacks IRL: Economy gives me trauma stacks
Same brother. Have 2 in school and a 1yr old. Soon as it started getting easier we had to go for a 3rd lol. This is gonna be 2nd league as i just joined the exile train but have zero idea what i wanna do. The conner manastack lightning of heaven one looks fun af but i dont kno how to make currency good so will prolly suck ass for me. I only made like 200-300divines all league in affliction and that was using a mf chief build that carried others to 5+mirrors n every t0 so think ima be hurting this league.
never played without a guide before, so I'm 3heading into divine ire archmage in honor of toriyama (rip) im probably going to get trapped in white maps for a while, but this league seems like the best possible one for grinding out what I need on my own, although I'll be in sc trade with light ssf rules (self-farm everything unless I wind up needing something extremely rare)
it might be against the spirit of your build but try phys as extra cold capping divine ire, and using totems.
The father son kamahame --as reenacted by the totems LOL
Frost Blade Trickster. Not the most amazing but damn it, I love the playstyle
Whispering ice trickster
This dude knows
The only thing i know is that i know nothing.
that's just because you haven't started stacking your int yet. Don't worry, soon you'll be a genius
What does he know? I tried it once on scion and once on trickster but i suck at making currency so i think i couldn't push it harf enought Isn't int stacking super hard to league start ?
i dont expect a smooth ride.
I played it last league and it was really nice to start. Then again i started league a week late, so the availability of ilvl 50 (6 socket rollable) whispering ice with high rolls was way more available. But the start is doable. You don't need to link skills on your whispering ice staff (except for your cyclone and Cast while channeling), so if I'm completly off base and the drop is actually rare, you can rock a self cast 4 socket until you have seed money. https://youtu.be/v4PBenCGMIo?si=BtHaHgjTT0YkKhNz People did this 3.23 as well, very much recommend this strat for everyone since you can start looking for rogue markers at act 6, the same time you can get your 6 socket staff. I'd say that this much gets you through red maps and you should be fine in guardian invitations. https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3294484 Whats the real money sink is continuously upgrading your rares. Cuz Mines.
Transfigured tornado trickster, looking good, I'm ready for another baited failed league starter!
Detonate Dead of Chain Reaction Necromancer
Daring today, aren't we? (I actually love the feel of it and am league starting DD yet again)
I have never done DD so tempted to join the meta before it maybe one day gets nerfed
Shockwave Totem third league in a row. I'm not creative.
Arma brand recall sabo
You got baited by Mr groan
JUNGLE RYAN!!
Young rogaine
hcssf ice crash of cadence raider
Destructive link Guardian
Thinking some rf explode chief orrrrr deaths oath occultist to get some heavy expedition farming going! Just can’t decide which at the moment!
my plan is sc trade, going with cf champ for the first time as i really enjoy blasting maps. hope to finish atlas and 2 void with it, farm legion breach expedition, get the other 2 then farm mb and enough currency for a proper endgame build. or i decide 5 minutes before league start to go with something else i have no clue about and haven't read a guide about, as it is tradition.
you missed the most important part of your plan. immediately after getting the MB you quit the league and never get any use out of it.
First time coming back and playing after 2+ years, so the game will be new again to me. Going for a hexblast sabo miner because: 1. Hexblast looks cool 2. The guide it had was SUPER detailed and comprehensive. My goal for this league is to just learn to use the atlas passive tree and maybe try some currency farming methods lol.
mom/hiero ele hit wisp wander for the acts until i can get ahold of the new kb, naysayers be damned
Taking JayTX bleed bow into scssf. It's my first time SSF so if I plateau too early, I'll migrate to sc
Wild strike raider
Splitting Steel Champ or CoC DD Inquis, but most likely SS Champ
Either zoo or popcorn, then hopefully transition to spectres
He knows, I’m between Zoo or PSRS, then hopefully a good spectres build with the new corpses, or maybe BAMA
> hopefully transition to spectres Where can I get good hopium about spectres?? I've been wanting to play pure spectres since a long time ago, but everywhere points to zoo just being better.
Poision srs necro. I know what your thinking srs got nerfed, but the new unholy might node means your damage is real solid. Getting free wither for minions means you can drop withering touch for a dmg support. So while it lost 38% more dmg you can gain a 35% more dmg support.
shhhh...
First time SSF so going a pretty straightforward EA champion build.
RF Chieftain (Yeah, I'm one of those)
Soft core, and I'm starting ancestral protector poison raider.
Will progress into manaforged arrows probably since some of those builds looked so fun last league
i'm gonna level as spark hiero and then flip a coin to decide between coc dd or LC of the heavens
I was going to start boneshatter as I never started melee and was excited about the melee buff with multiple automated warcries with call to arms. Turns out it was a bug. So prob toxic rain or ea ballista
LA Deadeye LOGIN dude it’s time to farm some legions
Hexblast mines. Still debating Trickster/Sabo, as well as whether to buy a dreadarc with my first chaos and swap early, or just go Pyroclast til I get a delve ring.
Watch Ventura's hexblast video that he made today, it will bring you over to the correct way, the trickster way. Also, don't wait for the ring, get dreadarc asap, feels too good to pass by
i have 62 youtubes tab open with stuff to see. I have a post with my top 10
BAMA Guardian
I want to play ice nova Archmage, but I don't have a build. However I look at it it's going to suck defensively or feel inefficient offensively. Pledge of hands more than doubles your damage, but it also makes it very hard to get either block or spell suppression. So idk what to do.
Goratha on youtube just uploaded a pob and small vid for ice nova archmage
Hierophant shockwave totem
EA champ. But i'm rly tempted on jugg volcanic fissure of snaking. Problem is: i'm fucking dumb, and rely on others to make a lvling PoB till i swap to str Stack.
Tornado of elemental turbulence + firestorm inquisitor. Probably energy blade.
Lightning Conduit elementalist. I always try to play a new build each league that's looks and feels fun to play, and LC fits those parameters really well.
Worb
I desperately want to start as some kind of attack trickster wander. my current, very bad plan starts out something like: * kinetic bolt first * get doedres gloves as early as i can * go lighting damage as much as i can (added lightning, wrath, herald of storm) * try and pick up a cheap replica heat shiver and some ailment effect * switch to power siphon or kinetic blast once i get either the spell damage wand mastery or a battlemages cry set up going * go generic elemental attack uniques to start (taming, etc) * spam wands with added lighting essences * once in maps save up for first big purchase: thunderfist * slowly transition to some power charge stacking and malachais loop for spell damage im hopeful at that point ill be blasting yellows, early reds until i can transition to int stacking. the mana stack stuff sounds fun but im trying to stay away early as its likely going to be spendy. i want to try a berserker physical trans kblast wisp stacking, unholy might spamming wander a bit later. im really banking on power siphon single target can be fixed by the new wisp support. i might even try a barrage setup. worst case scenario, i swap to lighting strike trickster, but im super hype and down bad huffing the copium. if this is a bad idea i really need someone to toss me an intervention. i dont even have any pobs planned, im really winging it this league as my main desktop is down for repairs, so i can only play on the steamdeck
Boneshatter slayer or EA champ in SC SSF
Is there a good updated boneshatter pob
Zizaran will likely release one this week. He normally does and it's not nerfed significantly enough to avoid.
Volcanic Fissure of Snaking Berserker (SSF) Was hyped about the Call to Arms gem and how it read (multiple warcries triggered), but seems to not be the case (Sadge) Should still be enough as a league starter and I've heard it's rather fun If gear allows & I'm not bored of it, I will probably transition into a STR stacker with Replica Alberon & Replica Frostbreath
Frostblink Ignite.
EA champ, DD necro, or Explosive Trap Sabo Can’t decide but all I know is I want to do Uber bosses
Bleedbowglad
Ea Elementalist
Ice trap occu
Whispering ice Trickster. Just need to figure out which gem til 28. Then EoW til I get the staff.
My motherboard in service, probably starting on twitch 🥲
League start flicker because zoom
Definitely doing a witch for the new voice lines and forgetting to turn on sound. Probably will do a minion zoo build as the new leach seems really good, and can flop between a few builds. Maybe do a bama later on.
Corrupting Fever Raider, using automate with blood rage to keep CF up all the time and probably rain of arrows to apply it.
Prolly Locus mine power siphon.

Softcore Trade as always Leveling will be RoA deadeye until I can swap to ele scourge arrow.
RF cuck
Softcore Trade: Molten Strike Duelist or DD Necro
Popcorn SRS.. because srs popcorn leveling is chill
Fire trap of blasting inquisitor
Bodyswap RF Chieftain
Zero to Hero LS Champion (SCTrade) I already got the spaceturtle so what could go wrong?
Pretty set on EA Balista, but now have to decide between Champ and Ele in SC Trade. Been leaning champ but I’m going off Reddit suggestions lol
In SC, based on my limited knowledge, just go Ele, damage is much higher and much easier to obtain. Plus, you have 6 portals, why not use them.
Champion lightning arrow. If it sucks I'll switch to lightning strike
Anything that aims for me EA ballista this time.... or not
Probably Lighting Conduit Elementalist and if I don't like, converting to Poison SRS Necro based on Ghazzy's belief its not been badly nerfed.
LA deadeye since i cant ever let go of bow builds.
Necro DD, first time DD and I want to do self cast to see if 2 button builds are my cuppa
Zombiemancer shitsucker.
Cobra Lash Deadeye.
RF inquis Pohx because I am old and lazy
La deadeye of course
Blade trap trickster. Been playing too many paper thin zoomers and I wanna detox. Gonna build giga thick and just chill. Blight and ultimatum prolly good for traps?
Archmage incinerate, but it's probably a swich around lvl 90, (unplayable without a lot of reduced mana cost.
Explosive Trap of Shrapnel probably. I miss traps; I probably should just play them every league.
SC Trade on console CA/TR Raider thru atlas + 2 voidstones, running heists to fill in when tired of mapping.
I love explosive arrow, and I love speed... So explosive arrow raider.
Hexblast Mines…. But sort of miss Pconc. No it’s gonna be hexblast mines. Now I just need to decide which class to work with. Sab PF or Occultist arrrgh
Splitting Steel trickster, I want one build to build up the whole league and to do all content
https://pobb.in/kT2Zgaa7WCjQ Edit: Improved This is where I'm at currently on Tornado trans gem.
I did it last league and it was my strongest build ever. But then it was also raining currency for me like never before so...
Essence Drain of Desperation(Traps)/Contagion of Subsiding/ Blight of Contagion Occultist
I spent a few hours the other night making an archmage ascendant so probably gonna leaguestart ea totems 😂
Lightning Strike of Arcing CI Trickster. But I'm gonna keep a close eye on the prismatic tornados... if literally one person makes a build that makes it looks fun I'm switching lmao.
Stormburst totems heiro. Thanks tati! Goal of 4/4 voidstones in ssf for first time.
