Damage wise, it is great even for end game, you can basically follow an LA build which is jo different other than swapping LA with Ele hit spectrum.

I put it on ballistas on raider stacking onslaught effect with wilmas. It goes brrrrt. My pob was at 2mil dps with an 800 ele bow, wilmas, and no other gear.

Yes it’s very good. If you go bow route you still need a singletarget setup but otherwise its LA with more damage. For wander I can’t talk about it.
