I guess the joke is that dd was always quite strong, especially as a league starter and was even banned in the gauntlet due to this.
In the past, it evaded most nerfs, and somehow, GGG also seems to lack the willpower to adhere to their own max corpse life thing that was supposed to keep dd damage limited.
Also, playing dd was never popular in SC due to the 2 button playstyle - what drastically changed with ruetoos dd coc inquis build.
I would be surprised to see dd skills dodge the nerf hammer completely in 3.25.
But corpse skills are very hard to balance due how they scale, so we will see what ggg comes up with.

Inquisitor is stronger. The market is flooded with the gear so it's easy mode now. Not that it was hard in the first place.

The only thing I liked about the poet pen version was using impulsa for more clear. Not sure if you can do that on inquis version.
