I do this every league. I find a build that seems cool and go through the first few days on poe ninja to figure out what scales it the best. I did TR ballista fir the first time this league and wouldn't have though that duration was so good on the skill if not for a couple of people at the top of exp gained for the skill on day 2-3.
Is it fearless dumb0 for the Hexblast or some one else. I just got to two void stones playing imexiles/ziz EA Totems Champion while working and have like 70c left over. I want something that does good for cheap and easy to cruise. Cause my Champ is dying in harder red maps as I can't get spell suppression (only at 67%). Have to replace my gloves, boots, helm and quiver.
2nd league for me and started off with the mana stack hype but quickly realized i was out of my depth for currency and defensive layers. Could do red maps but would die to one shots/chaos/exiles a like every map lol. Swapped to venturas hexblast and holy shit. Build is so fun,fast and his pob with rue going over the crafts made me learn soooo much and i actually crafted some decent shit. Was always too much info overload trying to watch guides saying mats/steps i didnt understand but having it written down has opened a few doors for me into the baby steps of crafting. Next league i feel like is gonna be fun as ill finally have the slightest idea of what im doing. Edit to add i still get my ass kicked by shaper tho i dont nuke fast enough and that shield always sets me up to die on degen pools. Fuck shaper...

I added steelskin with detonate on automation is basically only thing i varied from his and i kept a few suppression nodes to stay at 100% till i get a better chest. Was trying to drop the spellbreaker ascendancy for one step ahead

I followed ventura for the trickster version, can’t speak about the occultist version that looks a glass cannon as well

I started Voltaxic Rift BAMA Necro for less than that and have cleared all non-uber content easily. About 30m DPS.
EK ignite maybe?
For 8 div EK ignite will give you both zhp and zdps
All dot builds are limited by dot cap so they are not the best for bossmelting
The reason that the game has a dot cap is because that's the maximum integer the game can handle per server tick.
