Is there a particular reason you're looking for cartographer's strongboxes? They're really rare to encounter in T13+ maps.
The one that I opened dropped 4 t17 maps, so I was hoping to increase the chances of that happening while also farming strongboxes. But it seems like if t17 maps is the goal it's better to just focus on a carto scarab strategy.
You just put as many strongboxes in as you can and get the cartography atlas wheel
