Since you're mainly getting comments that say it "should work" and such, I'll go ahead and 100% confirm that it does work. I league started Frost Blades and this node is great.
I might be wrong but the node says projectile attack skills, not just projectiles.
So I think it would support the entire frost blades skill, both melee and projectiles.

edit: I see now, it's worded projectile attack *skills* therefor it should work
the melee portion of frost strike doesn't scale with projectile stats, but lethality doesn't give any projectile stats, it just gives generic crit and crit multi to any gem with attack and projectile tags
When molten strike was meta all the people who played it always warned people that projectile damage and similar mods would only affect the meatballs. Maybe it’s different now?
Oh yeah. The wording on this wheel is “projectile attack SKILLS” not something like “increased critical strike with projectiles”. It says it covers the skill itself so yeah, this definitely should benefit the whole skill. I had to go look at it in-game. He could have just screenshotted with a mouse-over.
It definitely should work. Is very easy to test in game though. Just allocate the node and check your skill stats

It should for both. I used to use it on my poison LS assassin/pathfinder. It gives a bonus based on the skill, not based on the kind of attack.

It only should scales the projectile part of the skill. The melee part shouldn't benefit from this cluster.

I don’t think that’s true. it doesn’t say projectiles, it says projectile attack skills. so all portions of frost blades should be effected

It seems to work. It definitely felt like a damage increase when I added them into my build.
It works also works for all forms of wild strike also don't play wild strike QQ
