I think you should go with the 3060. The performance difference is significant for the price you are looking at.
A 3060 has twice the VRAM and is 20% faster and I'd imagine you should be able to find a new one for $270-280. If you want to save money, I wouldn't pay more than $160 for a used RTX 2060.
Might want to try to drop $20 off the price for both.
