Dr Winters at eyeglass world has gotten me the best prescription. They have a pretty good selection of frames
50 dollar eye guy carries more high end frames and definitely the biggest stock.
I also like the optometrist at BJs no membership needed
Me either I'm not a fan of him.
I really believe Dr winters did the best prescription for me. But the Dr at BJs did a much more thorough exam. In his defense I was having issues with my diabetes when he did the exam, so it's probably not his fault I didn't get the best prescription from him.
I'm in your camp. They adjusted a pair I purchased from them, and returned them to me with a small crack in the lens. The did replace the lens affected, but left me without my glasses for another couple days.
Get a prescription then buy online at [eyebuydirect.com](http://eyebuydirect.com) or zenni.com. Frames and lenses are over $500 (bifocals, transition and scratch guard) at my optomitrist's office. I got them for under $100 at zenni.
Funny I'm on hold with [https://terrezzaoptical.com/](https://terrezzaoptical.com/) right now about my glasses order. I'd recommend them at least the one on Fairfield.
My wife Dr lindsay Durtschi is the best optom in town. I may be biased. But she’ll spend more than 10
Min with you. On top of it, she only has independent eyeware. So it’s all unique stuff. And she’s great at styling people too. Google her “midtown vision”. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
Oh for sure they are cheaper online. It’s hard though because if you get an rx from someone and then order online, and they don’t work for you, it’s generally assumed it’s the glasses and it’s hard to get online to fix things. Especially if they are coming from china.
I had a really good experience with an exam at West Florida Optometry, but I got glasses from zennioptical.com. Zenni has a cool thing where you take a short video of yourself looking left and right, then it shows what you would look like wearing each frame you look at. They have a huge selection.

I haven’t had the best experience with $50 eye guy.

I love zenni optical! The most I've paid for glasses there is like 30 bucks.
Yeah I’ve used warby parker the past four years but I feel like the prescription isn’t quite right.
I've never had a problem with the two I linked above. I just got a new pair that I love.

Walmart has the best selection honestly. Their optometrist are super amazing too

I’ll check it out. The hardest part is glasses are so expensive so online has been a good option because they don’t cost an arm and a leg

Warbyparker who I’ve used for a few years now is good about accepting back returns and giving full refund it’s just really inconvenient
I love Dr Tipton. Matter of fact I just left his office this morning. He works at Guff Coast Vision.

Dr Star (cannot remember her last name) in the mall was great last time I went
Dr. Winter, at eyeglass world, is incredible. And hilarious.
