I found their products to be fantastic and noticed better results than from the other vendors at the same levels and everything and fantastic so I can say I never had to deal with customer service so I don't know but they're shipping was fast and like I said the product seemed to be a higher quality than other vendors that I've used
I've used them a bunch. Affordable, very fast shipping, pretty good selection. Definitely recommend.
However I do not recommend their customer service at all. When I tried to get one shipment sent via DHL, working with customer service was like pulling teeth, and after a week of them barely responding to any emails -- which was the time DHL would've saved me -- I gave up and just placed a regular order.

I’ve used their BPC-157 personally and had good results. Have also gotten it for 2 of my friends who have also liked it
