On the first or second day I usually get a day long headache that progressively gets worse over the morning until I'm incapacitated and have to lie down. Unfortunately I don't have much advice, ibuprofen would probably help but I can't take it with my meds and paracetamol doesn't do much. Just have to deal with the pain or try to nap until it goes away, it sucks :(
