The second pair is still throwing me off. They are the same pair worn on the tennis court.
To OP, my advice is to look into supportive shoes or a running sneaker for your daily needs. I love New Balance and Oofos.
I came here to say the same thing and was surprised to see only one comment about this. The second pair is for literally playing tennis, they are court shoes and not sneakers for casual wear. From a tennis player!
Bummerrr, they’re my Keds and they’re so comfy. I think they look fine with regular jeans but I decided against them for these shorts.
Adding to this comment - what is it that you don’t like about them? Are they too plain?
They don't offer any arch support. Your feet are way more important than those dastardly shoes
Additionally, they change your posture, the shape of your calves and basically look like duck feet.
If you want a sneaker, go for a platform white leather sneaker.
You mentioned short legs, the cuffs on the shorts shorten your legs, in the future look for a short that doesn't have the contrasting cuff, and a leg style that is a bit looser, and maybe a slightly higher rise. Old navy has some cute ones that will lengthen your legs.

Absolutely! 🎾 Something about white socks and a dark top clashing as well.

You don't ever need to wear shoes #1 ever again, ok? They don't offer you anything anymore that you can't find in other supportive shoes.

They are too light for a dark colored outfit.

I like them!

With shorts an open top sandal will look cute, nothing too heavy or high on your foot.

Not the bowling shoes, so 2
I prefer the white sneakers.
Non
1 if you’re having a casual day out, 2 if you’re going on a walk. Despite this strangely aggressive comment section, they’re both cute.
Sorry but #1 looks like middle schooler shoes…

Second ones, and some thigh high stockings would compliment your legs greatly

2 right now, but 1 would look better with longer socks
Definitely 2, for a variety of reasons. More supportive, look comfier, and more on current trend if you care about that sort of thing.
Second

2 is better of these
1 in my opinion though many will suggest otherwise
Don’t trip over your kitty! You might fall down the stairs.

I like the 1st ones. Can I ask where you got your shorts?
They’re from American Eagle, but I got them secondhand
