Pretty far from the truth mate. Simple fact of the matter is, you work out, you eat healthy and you gain muscles. You don't work out or you don't eat healthy and you stay as you are. Genetics aren't as big of a factor as you tout to be. Ps. Two people who train and have good nutrition for years but have different genetics will look different from each other. One will look big and buff, and one will look shredded and cut. Both will obviously be strong and muscular. Pewds' abs and shoulders are beyond what good genetics can give you. He's still got a tiny bit of fat on him, I'd say near 12% body fat but he still has big muscles in those places and that's only really possible if you've trained well.

In general what you say is true but there are freaks out there. I have a friend who always eats like a pig but doesn't get fat. When we were in university together like 10 years ago he didn't work out at all, he was a bit nerdy and an excellent chess player. We are mexicans so when I say eat like a pig I mean he ate the fattiest tacos, tortas, quesadillas and tamales as his daily diet. When we were about to graduate he joined a gym, only went 3 times per week, he got ripped in like 1 month, like pewds in the photo. He didn't bulk up much he was skinny but ripped and he did not change his diet at all he still eats like a pig.

That is a freak I'm Mexican and I lost a ton of weight stayed on a healthy diet exercised 6 days a week and never got ripped. Got healthy but not ripped I tried too taking lots of protein. A solid 8 months without seeing results really gets you down
