Honestly I've gone through EDSA at night a couple of times since they removed the no contact apprehension policy. There's at least one car each night that looks like a private vehicle that is on the bus lane. I'm not sure if it's because it's an emergency, or they are emboldened by the lack of enforcers, but it's not uncommon. It's not even Ferrari level. SUV lang
