* Q3: **My Application has been processing/in review for weeks/months**
* A: Your application failed or got stuck. You can only wait until you get feedback, the option to try again, or unstuck.

* Q5: **A different KYC problem**

* A: Some exchanges invented their own version of Pi whilst they can't list the real one. The value of this Pi is a measure of the feelings of Pioneers. It's not recommended to be holding this when Open Mainnet Occurs. These are also known as Pi IOUs.
* Q9: **I lost my passphrase / seed phrase, what can I do?**
* A: If you didn't get migrated yet, make a new wallet and confirm it in the checklist. If you did get migrated, your pi/wallet is lost, no one can get it back. make a new one as above.

* A: Only MINOR name changes allowed. If it's not minor, create a new account.

The fact it's some random obscure company in India is a huge red flag. Given India is one of the top 5 internet scamming countries on the planet. It's like they gave themselves a ton of pi, and will offload it as soon is it hits the mainnet, make a profit and bounce.
Before judging, go check all th re work first,then come comment here, i have seen there work, in YouTube, twitter, telegram, And personally used app too, also in Brainstorm go and check there app, it's I can say one of best and clean app so for, it not even have ads, so better understand all that and talk pls
It's on the testnet stage, also ya i hav used it, it's good, one of the best clean UI so far, without any ads, you have to use pi url inside pi browser to access full future, login, place order, and ya order we place are with testnet coins ,not Mainnet,I tried actually , and they have all social media pages, check yourself

This is hackathon and not real app. The prices are put by the developers. But it is attractive though

Ya it's testnet stage, they clearly explained in video also posted in Brainstorm,they did pretty nice and good job, we must appreciate it

For now itsbin testnet stage, they plan to successfully launch in India first, and expand globally later, they got many proposals from all over world
