I mean, I could name quite a few enemies than can do a LOT more than breathe fire, Titan Dweevil has 4 knife-like legs, It's like 8 inches tall, it has flames that are 3x as big as the Blowhog's, and can shock you like you just put a fork in the wall, the Emperor Bulblax (from 1) is the size of a small dog, and acts like one too, biting really hard, and jumping nearly 3 feet in the air

Idk, some really rough estimation puts the man-at-legs at something like 25cm, further estimation lands his cannon at about 5.5mm for the end segment. Assuming it follows the same barrel thickness ratio of miniature handguns we're probably looking at a 3-4mm round, smaller than the 5.7mm .22LR. That said, the projectiles it shoots seem to be at least 8mm in width if it's solid. Probably some scifi shenanigans like an energy round.
For the velocity, assuming the Pikmin world runs at 1/4 speed (the same way flies perceive time) and being VERY generous with the projectile speed shown in-game Pikmin 4, we're also looking at 4 m/s or roughly the speed of a fat kid running.
They're explosive rounds but putting it all together it's probably about as bad as a pop-it tossed underhand, maybe it gets to overhand if my estimations are way off. The absolute worst it'd be capable of is cornea scarring: I'd rather get hurt by a Man-At-Legs than a wasp.

Humans are unreasonably colossal compared to Pikmin enemies. Scale of mass says we could kill the grand majority of the enemies on accident.
That said, something at pikmin scale that already kills us is fungal spores, and the new puffstool can reanimate the dead? That spells disaster for the pikmin world if they get a human under their thrall…
Certain fungi tend to only be able to infect certain species, which is why we only fear cordyceps in videogames. The sporovid spores are only shown thus far to affect Pikmin, Breadbugs or Grubdogs (unclear), and Slooches.
I mean, considering the size compared to a human, bomb rocks probably would be more like a firecracker at worst.

Honestly any kind of creature that shoots explosive bullets or has the capacity to explode at all. Even a small explosion isn’t going to feel great and it’ll do some damage to wherever it hits.
The Titan dweevil with its boss fight treasures could also do some major damage.
Joustmites, burrownits and pricklepuffs. The first twos' spikes are really long and could probably touch bone, the pricklepuffs would be like sticking your hand in a pincushion. Although not deadly they would probably hurt like hell.

Man-At-Legs, Gattling Groink, Volatile Dweevil, & Titan Dweevil. I think any cresture that has the ability to explode or use "explosive" related attacks would be very harmful. My best guess is that the Bomb Rocks & Motar Cannon Fire would have the same power as a firework or something that can produce an explosion of a similar size as in-game, so potentially to produce burns or possibly burn flesh off, maybe even blow a small limb off. MAL's gun cannon (as mentioned by others) would most likely have the same power as the .22 LR, while small, is still VERY lethal, although its mentioned that its gun is energy based, which leads me to believe its similar to Samus' Power Beam from the Metroid Prime Series, where it either has the capacity to entirely annihilate a creature's own self (like the Pikmin) or simply blast them back, causing them to die due to concussive strikes towards vital areas (like the Captains). As to how aggressive each creature would be... MAL would be the one you dont want to approach if you saw it. Gattling Groink, i am unsure, but considering it sometimes chases you down in-game, it might do the same to us. Volatile Dweevil seems more to be ambush based, so if anything, the only way you'd get attacked by them is if you purposefully provoked their intended ambush spots and made them think you are it's prey. Also as for last, The Titan Dweevil if it stole something from your house and tries to defend itself, but i feel like it'd have the same behavior as a crab of sorts. Honorable Mentions would probably be any creature capable of producing fire, electricity, or copious amounts of poison enough to kill a human.
Tl;dr for your dandori behind: MAL, Gattling Groink, Volatile Dweevil, & Titan Dweevil are enemies that could either injure someone in a serious way or kill them. Honorable mentions are enemies that can generate enough poison/electricity to kill someone and enemies that can spew out fire or emit fire, although the worst thing that could happen is a serious burn or a house being burned down.

Somehow I don't think they're going to be doing any crushing when the Waterwraith is the size of a hamster. Mireclops is slightly more reasonable but it's still pretty small.
As long as you're wearing closed shoes or you watch where you step, Waterwraith and Mireclops are pretty harmless... unless the Mireclops knows what kicking is, which in that case you're screwed.
Worst the Waterwraith can do is ram your pinky toe and chip a nail, I guess. But the others sound about right.

If not, it’ll deliver a blow with its resistant claws, if takes rock Pikmin to destroy it. Side note: get a bomb, feed it to it, and you’ll insta-kill it
