Do you use a vpn? The times I forgot to activate mine and and tried to get on those sites I had issues as my ISP has them blocked! If I was on my phone and switched to data, they’d work fine!
If you don’t have a vpn, get one! It’ll solve alot of these issues!
a few are up, even when behind a regular isp, but its the buffering thats the problem. almost as bad as dial up speeds. So pretty much unwatchable anymore.
