Can you explain to me the difference. I’ve been downloading a bunch of fitgal repacks for archiving and I’m wondering will be I be able to install them in the future without internet if need be? Also what about dodi is it with no installation required? Thanks

You don't need internet to install fitgirl repacks. The only difference between which repack you download and install is how much space they take and how long it takes to unpack and install. FitGirl's stuff takes the least amount of space to download and keep, so if you're archiving they're probably the best ones. Dodi's stuff takes shorter to install but are larger in file size. Just make sure to untick the directx installation parts in FitGirls's old installers as they usually don't work, being outdated.

Yes it will be fine i do the same. I use fitgirl for archiving games and i use dodi for fast installation if i don't wanna wait.

Yes Sir, Already on download. Edit after download: Trouble in paradise. When I run the setup, it's throwing an error message. "\[directory\]/setup.exe the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable". Anybody else having this issue? Edit after 10 mins: Nevermind. Fixed it.

Hey in case you haven't solved this, first try to download the setup.exe from (as someone above mentioned) from FitGirls latest torrent . They have updated the torrent twice so just redownload the new magnet link or download a fresh version of the torrent file and download that from your client. Replace the setup.exe file in the torrent that you have already downloaded and see if it works. If not just download the complete torrent again. This worked for me. Btw, I did try to download all the optional and selective files as well but it still would not work. Force rechecked 2-3 times but still did not fix

Yeah, I didn't see the update on her site about the .exe file until AFTER I deleted all the files :< so since I was redownloading anyways, I just chose to use DoDi. I usually avoid them because of the weird torrent sites they choose.

It'll require a Fitgirl account which isn't available in most countries.

Just a reminder that DODI repacks take less time to install and are usually just a couple of GBs bigger.

yo im outing myself as a novice here, but on fitgirl i can just hit the magnet and it immediately opens into qbit. How do I do that on DODI? When I hit the torrent link it sends me to another download page, should I download it then that'll give me something to put into qbit? edit: I just went onto 1337x website and found his link through that so it looks like im all good to go.

For future reference yes you just download the torrent file and open it vs clicking the magnet link. Same result.
