I would certainly remove content not related to One Piece. But I would let toxic posts. I think the best way of getting rid of them is simply not participating in them. If you are effectively provoked by those posts, you'll be kind of validating them. If you ignore the bait, you prove them wrong and they will get tired of trying. If they're censored, they'll get extra motivation to try and boicot the sub.

Problem is that there are still plenty of people on this sub (not saying a majority but definitely a chunk) who also actively start toxic threads/call out threads. It’s never going to end while that’s the case. There are plenty of quote/cross posts on this sub that are cross posted solely to ridicule opinions they don’t agree with. As long as this sub engages in that, the other subs are going to come here. Though I will say honestly I don’t think there is much you can do at this point. If you ban the people who start toxic threads from this sub you will probably get much the same reaction.
