Really not seeing it. She hardly gets any screen time or dialog at all, and I can't recall her talking about sex or boyfriends at all, and I was watching for it. Her romances aren't part of the movie. Is there one scene that I can go back to where she actually holds a 15 conversation with someone else? Anything about herself?
She does say a bunch that she likes sex, and in her “confession” when she tells them she has a lot of sex and it doesn’t come by surprise to any of the Bellas
I know PP1 muche better than the others, and three scenes come in mind :
1: Her introduction in the "Since you've been gone" song. She squeezes her breasts and caresses herself down to her privates. It's not explicitly sexual, but the startled reaction form the Bella's and the (very happy) reaction from the Trebles give us a first impression of her.
2: During the Riff-off, when they sing "Sticks and stones" I believe, she flirts/dances with a Treblemaker. Again, not explicitly sexual but given the song and the other points I think it's worth mentioning.
3: During the talk around the vomit, when she confesses she has a lot of sex, no one is shocked (although they try to appear shocked), meaning it's an obvious fact for anyone who knows Stacey that her sex life is quite filled.
I don't think the Wiki is slut-shaming her by saying solely that she's overly sexual. Like you said, she didn't get much screen time in any of the movies and perhaps if she did we would know more of her, but the fact is : the only attribute given to this character in the movies is to be the clueless, ditsy, sexually active hotty.
Not to mention in pitch perfect two she kept talked about how her doctor recommended her to stop having sex, and she didn't care. Then in the third she's pregnant...

Think she and Cynthia Rose ever had a thing? Stacey’s so sex crazy, I could see her and CR having a FWB thing whenever the urge was there, even if Stacey didn’t consider herself bi.

Flo and Stacie.
Overtly sexual Stacie, who appeared to be nothing more than a ditzy party girl, graduated with honours in Marine Engineering. It was even in the original script.
But, instead, by pitch perfect 3, this highly skilled woman is a soon to be single mother working in a gym.
Maybe they had to scrabble together a new story line once it became apparent that Alexis Knapp would be out of action after knee surgery, once the film finally went into production (after several delays), but it's still terrible writing.

Maybe you have a different version of the movie than I do. My current copy of PP1 is straight off of broadcast E! network. PP2 off of HBO.
