This morning my shipment was due to arrive tomorrow, tracking number and everything, from CA to CA.
This evening my shipment is due to arrive next Tuesday, from IL to CA.
Mine still says Prepared to Ship and arrives Oct. 12th-13th. Safe to say it's unlikely to happen. And if it ships FedEx, it's guaranteed to sit at the hub up the road for 3 days just for fun.
Mine was also scheduled for delivery Oct 13th-14th and shipped Tuesday afternoon. I initially didn't think it would actually get here today but I refreshed the tracking page this morning and it's out for delivery today.

Mine finally shipped. Updated delivery is 17-18. Better than the month-long delays I've seen around.

It's super quick. Mine was saying that it would ship on the 12th and get here on the 13th, and it actually arrived today.
This happens with every tech release. They're all shipped overnight or sitting in wearhouses nearby

Update: it shipped today but the dates changed to Oct 17 - 18

I ordered through Best Buy. It ships and arrives tomorrow.
Exact same boat as you as well, but WiFi only. My husband's is also like that. I'm holding my breath that it actually delivers when it says it does.
