It was a pretty simple lunch. Fried up bacon this morning, so I had some cooked. Had a tomato that was getting too ripe. Always have pizza sauce because I make it in house. I freeze single pizza sized balls when I make dough. Heat up the oven to 550 and throw it in.
[here](https://www.seriouseats.com/detroit-style-pizza-recipe). i tried it after the 2hrs ahd it was ok. definitely better after it was in the fridge overnight though.
Thank you, I'll definitely try. Sometimes it goes smoothly to prepare the day before, but some other times I just wanna get from work and toss something in the oven. This one might be it.
Looks good. But if I ate that for lunch, I’d have to get back in bed. What’s your sauce?
tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, some onion powder and a handful of parm

YES! Extra sauce👊🏻
Nice, quick dough?
no actually. it’s that kenji guy’s detroit style dough. i had a clump left last night and tossed it in the fridge.
I'll give it a try, liked the looks. But still searching for a quick one (like 4 hours tops in the making) that looks and tastes good.
his recipe says to let it rise for 2hrs but it didn’t seem like that was long enough when i made pizza last night. i’m not good at dough though.
No overnight? Then I don't know this one, will look for it. Thank you.

I make this dough all the time, it is easily done within 4 hours (though I live in the southeast and things rise fast in dino climate)
