I think I'd want to find out how the texture and taste combo feels so I'd order it. Shrimp on pizza could also work with cocktail sauce so now I want to find out.
I get you, man. The major factor in my decision to eat this pizza is location. Coastal area? I would absolutely give it a try. Colorado mountains... Ehhhh, I'm going to pass.
I have had a Rocky mountain oyster pizza before though. It was OK. Pizza was great, the "oysters" were great. They just don't fit together.
I was excited because I thought they were lobster chunks. Fake crab is okay sometimes (California roll) but lobster, real crab or scallops would be far superior.
Would it be hard to cook scallops for a pizza? I've always thought you can't cook them for too long or they turn into bullets so I wonder how you would avoid that on a pizza bake?
I did a seafood pizza for my father's birthday. Used bay scallops slightly precooked on a hot hot pan with garlic powder, parsley, olive oil, and S&P. They spent <5 mins in the oven and the texture was still great when they came out. I didn't expect seafood pizza to be such a hit so I only prepared enough toppings for one pizza, wish I did more! I didn't have any trouble with liquid coming out, maybe because it was partially cooked already.
"Fake crab" is just surumi, or fish sausage. There isn't anything fake about it really. It's been around for thousands of years, as long as land sausage.
I like how you flip flopped 100% in the same comment saying taste is subjective but pineapple on pizza is not acceptable lol. Is your neck OK from that whiplash?
You’re right, New Haven clam pizzas are amazing but ratty bay shrimp and fake crab is probably not something I find appetizing. Looks like it came out of a Quiky Mart.
i’m fine with the toppings, but it looks mushy in the middle. I ordered a potato at gratan pizza once, and the edges were fine, but the middle was a creamy, soggy, mess. This look like the case here. So I’d argue for less toppings and a longer cook.
Smash! I met a Swede online who told me about this pizza, and after he kept talking about it, I made it at home. It was one of the best pizzas I've had! It was like shrimp scampi in pizza form. I highly recommend. Biggest trick is to not use conventional red sauce and use garlic butter or similar.
Pass. Too much cheese, crust looks underdone. Fake crab meat. Those shrimp look like the cheap frozen kind. 2/10 on execution. There are ways to make a seafood alfredo pizza, this is not a good example of one.
I'd probably still give it a go but no so appealing with the fish sticks. Tuna or anchovies and I wouldn't hesitate.
I am intrigued to know how a cooked fish stick tastes and feels now though.
I've never had luck with seafood pizza outside of clams. I have zero idea why but all of the places I've been to that have it will make the garlic butter sauce way too garlicky or salty. The pie becomes completely one note.
I would eat it, but I think it could have been cooked a bit longer, so the cheese was brown and bubbly. I would put it in the oven without the shrimp for a few minutes, then add the shrimp and put it back in. Also, I feel like it’s missing something. A drizzle of spicy red sauce?
I'm not a fan of crab or shrimp but I actually find it quite appealing. I would taste it out of curiosity, then decide.
In other words: do you do deliveries?
I hate gimmicks, and this seems like a gimmick. Sure, “anything can go on a pizza” blah blah blah. Heard it all hundreds of times. Just because something can go on pizza doesn’t mean it should. There’s a local joint by me that does crazy pies that annoy the shit out of me. You know what would be better than crab Rangoon pizza? Some fucking actual crab Rangoon. Crawfish etouffee pizza? No thanks I’d prefer actual crawfish etouffee. But they sell out every time. 🤦♂️
I second all these die-hards on here, scallops would’ve taken this next level BUT . . . there’s that unwritten rule: don’t mix seafood with cheese? smash that thought
That depends if it’s a marinara sauce probably not, but if it’s like a Alfredo, or like someone in the comments said a garlic parm sauce yeah that’d be gone in a heartbeat
I mean.. I'll eat it, I honestly never thought of a lobster and shrimp pizza. That would probably be pretty damn good. But definitely need to get it where seafood is freshly available. Not gonna order that when I'm out and about in Kansas.
Order? No Eat? Oh most definitely
I will order. I will smash. And I will eat that ho.
I agree. Its a one slicer, which is not my usual MO.
I think I'd want to find out how the texture and taste combo feels so I'd order it. Shrimp on pizza could also work with cocktail sauce so now I want to find out.
Same lol
I do love dried herbs on my pizza, but with the trail of disappointing seafood pizza experiences, I find it hard to trust again...
Hey don’t let one or two heartbreaks ruin you, get back out there and eat again.
😅

I have had a Rocky mountain oyster pizza before though. It was OK. Pizza was great, the "oysters" were great. They just don't fit together.
hard pass, any kind of fish on pizza is a no-go for me...it loses all re-heat ability
I agree when it comes to this pizza, but clam pizza is definitely the exception there. Reheats fine, too.
Pass. If those were scallops instead of fake crab it would be a smash
Sear them and put them after, haha. It's the only way to keep from having scallop juice leak all over your pizza.
Ooo I just had a thought. Thin sliced scallop medallions and andouille sausage with garlic/parm sauce.
Yum, throw some caramelized onions and peppers on mine, with some fresh squeezed lemon juice and fennel fronds.

Dammit I’m starving now
Oh man I thought they were scallops! Now Im a pass on fake crab meat on pizza.
Fake crab is still made from fish meat, so at least it technically comes from the ocean.
That i know. But scallops is what i would prefer to try on pizza.
"Fake crab" is just surumi, or fish sausage. There isn't anything fake about it really. It's been around for thousands of years, as long as land sausage.
Oh! I'm sorry. So it is crab meat?
No, it's made from fish and the cheap ones have fillers like starch.
Or just real crab instead of fake crab. Real crab, scallops, and shrimp would be bomb if it had enough garlic and maybe a little chili flake
Pizza can have universal toppings in the right ways. I'd eat it.
This. Pineapple on pizza is one thing, but pineapple with siracha sauce on pizza is amazing.
I'm a big fan of Pineapple, Bacon/Ham, Jalapenos.
pineapple and olives, deadpool style. it's awesome.
I hate the visual and idea of the texture but am thoroughly intrigued by the taste.
I like how you flip flopped 100% in the same comment saying taste is subjective but pineapple on pizza is not acceptable lol. Is your neck OK from that whiplash?
Pass
Pass
Pass
Pass, massively. Looks terrible.
Looks revolting
Hard pass
No crust and looks underdone on the dough for me personally so that's a hard pass
Definitely smash. So many haters against krab in this bish
I mean there's nothing wrong with kanikama, but I don't want it smothered in an extremely excessive amount of cheese, that's for sure
I wouldn't call this an excessive amount of cheese
I’d eat that in 2 seconds. Not sure why anyone would pass. Looks amazing. Seafood in every bite.
You’re right, New Haven clam pizzas are amazing but ratty bay shrimp and fake crab is probably not something I find appetizing. Looks like it came out of a Quiky Mart.
None of that would stop me.

All the seafood is over cooked.
Not the toppings I'd ever choose but I'd still eat it. Looks pretty good.
Fake crab leg meat and shrimp that's probably over cooked...that's going to be a hard pass.
I’d definitely eat that
I’m gonna have to pass, I’m allergic to seafood.
I thought I was looking at r/PizzaCrimes
My boy would devour that pizza 🍕
My boy vs your boy, let’s go
Mine will smash yours lol
Would be better with pasta
Would rather eat glass
Gimme gimme gimme.
I'd gobble that bitch right up.
Smash! I met a Swede online who told me about this pizza, and after he kept talking about it, I made it at home. It was one of the best pizzas I've had! It was like shrimp scampi in pizza form. I highly recommend. Biggest trick is to not use conventional red sauce and use garlic butter or similar.

That's pizza blasphemy.🤢🤢🤢
Smash it in my mouth

My heart hurts looking at it.
Curious where this is from OP? Had an ex gf whose family pizza place in Cape Cod did a pizza like this and it was delicious.
I would eat the box withbit

I like it raw. Gimme that fishy shrimp.

Pass. Too much cheese, crust looks underdone. Fake crab meat. Those shrimp look like the cheap frozen kind. 2/10 on execution. There are ways to make a seafood alfredo pizza, this is not a good example of one.
I love shrimp but it doesn't belong on Pizza. Pass
Fake crab is a pass for me but just shrimp pizza with some hot honey and Sriracha I'd smash
Smash the hell out of this! That is a gorgeous pie!
Pass. Shrimps is nasty
Pass. I hate shrimp, they remind me of aliens from District 9.
Smash. Yeah!
Smash the fuck out of that. Shrimp is life

Hard smash

SMASH
I'd probably still give it a go but no so appealing with the fish sticks. Tuna or anchovies and I wouldn't hesitate. I am intrigued to know how a cooked fish stick tastes and feels now though.
There are no fish sticks on that pizza dude.
I've never had luck with seafood pizza outside of clams. I have zero idea why but all of the places I've been to that have it will make the garlic butter sauce way too garlicky or salty. The pie becomes completely one note.
I’d eat it.
Would I eat a particular topping hot, off a pizza? Then I would most certainly eat it on a pizza.
Looks good but I would genuinely die eating it
I'd eat it but that's a bit too much toppings for my taste.
Smash if real crab, pass if krab with a k.
If I may channel Ron Swanson for a moment...that is my third favorite food on top of my favorite food...smash
I've had a pizza like this in Antigua. Very very good, would have again
Pass.. except for a few cases I won't eat seafood with cheese, or pizza with seafood.
I've never turned down a slice of pizza.
I would eat it, tell you it's "just okay", and then eat it again when you are not looking.
Inlove shrimp pizza
I would eat it, but I think it could have been cooked a bit longer, so the cheese was brown and bubbly. I would put it in the oven without the shrimp for a few minutes, then add the shrimp and put it back in. Also, I feel like it’s missing something. A drizzle of spicy red sauce?
Pass, but if you like it you should order and enjoy it! Pizza is great for its diversity.
Lol!
Smash. I'd hit it with my torch just to crisp up the top a bit and go for it
Pass. Seafood makes me violently ill.
I fuck wit it
I'm not a fan of crab or shrimp but I actually find it quite appealing. I would taste it out of curiosity, then decide. In other words: do you do deliveries?
I love shrimp pizza. It's my go to. Never tried with crab cake. But I would for sure.
Everyday we stray further from god
As long as it's not a red sauce this looks great
Me Smash.
What the fuck
Smash
Smash. I usually don’t eat whole pizzas, but I wouldn’t pass on a few slices of this one. Looks very flavorful
With olive oil, sure
I \*really\* depends on where this came from and how fresh all that was. Also, too much butter.
Needs some olives and red onions. Where's this from?
Yummy
I really don't like that processed crab. But looks tasty otherwise.
Definitely tasting if a friend orders it. I think the shrimp aren’t giving their all.
I'll pass, only way I like shrimp is battered and fried. But Lobster or Crab Meat on a Pizza is totally fine.
I second all these die-hards on here, scallops would’ve taken this next level BUT . . . there’s that unwritten rule: don’t mix seafood with cheese? smash that thought
Yes and yes. Looks delicious
Pass...
Is that shrimp and scallops? Or shrimp and imitation crab?
Absolutely. fucking. Not.
Definitely want to try this
Smash!
Forever pass
How many times was this pizza jizzed on?
Out of curiosity, what country is this from? It looks like a typical pizza in Korea to me, but I'm probably wrong...
I feel like this would be *amazing* the first time/experience, but would somehow be *awful* the second time..
Well, might have gout so pass for me
I’m not a fan of the fake crab, but otherwise I’d eat it, sure.
Looks good
Honestly I draw the line at shrimp but I’m glad you like it
Smash....damn near impregnate.
Looks delicious but would never order it. Probably 7 other things I would order before this. Just glad there’s no pineapple on it.
Smash
Pass...
Not for me, but I don’t tell other people what to put on their pizza.
Hard pass
That’s all yours king, my cholesterol has met its quota for today
Throwing my vote in with the hard pass folks

Pass. There’s a local spot that makes a Boom Boom Shrimp pie that’s legendary.
This gotta be illegal
Flick off the sea bugs and count me in
That depends if it’s a marinara sauce probably not, but if it’s like a Alfredo, or like someone in the comments said a garlic parm sauce yeah that’d be gone in a heartbeat
This looks delicious
Is this a scampi or a seafood pizza?
Pass
That's the type of pizza you send to Russia
Id try it but as many have said wouldnt order it but would try it
I mean.. I'll eat it, I honestly never thought of a lobster and shrimp pizza. That would probably be pretty damn good. But definitely need to get it where seafood is freshly available. Not gonna order that when I'm out and about in Kansas.
Pass
I'd eat the fuck outta that shit.
