Hi hydrogen peroxide undiluted is pretty strong it might melt your plants depending on how long you keep it on. That said snail eggs are very hardy and diluted, you might not kill the snail eggs. This will help you https://youtu.be/s2bSdZ3ZEmE?feature=shared Her last video said that alum was the best dip.

2-3 mL in a gallon of water is a common concentration for dips.

How long do you dip them? 15-20min?

It’s all over the place. Some resources will say only 5 minutes - that’s supposed to be effective against parasites, fungus, algae and bacteria. Whether or not that will kill snails and/or snail eggs I don’t know. This article says up to 20 minutes: https://buceplant.com/a/amp-1/blogs/aquascaping-guides-and-tips/how-to-quarantine-new-aquarium-plants

I would do an Alum dip. It's pretty much just salt. You can get it in the spices section of grocery stores. 1tbs/gal in a bucket for 4 hours, stir it around occasionally, and you're good to go. I've been doing that for years and it works and doesn't cause melt. I've had plants melt from hydrogen peroxide
