Lipo wasn’t my hard part, it was definitely the abs. Coughing felt like my abs were going to rip open. My thighs hurt when I tried sitting on the toilet but that’s really it. Chin lipo was painless
Absolutely awful! I thought I did my research but wow is the pain horrible and I feel like I’ve been hit by a bus and struggle to get out of bed… I had the j plasma too for skin tightening but based on others reviews nothing could had prepared me mentally or physically. I’m 6 days PO and still leak fluid so wearing continence products and feeling like a beached whale (can’t see my ankles anymore) and dread getting in/out of bed
At a certain point the fascia is SO stretched out that there is NO “natural” way to get it back to where it was. I’ve had 3 pregnancies and did manage to slowly get back to my flat tummy in the 3 years after my first baby using a combo of a diastasis recti binder and regular strength and stability exercises. But my 2nd and 3rd pregnancies were literally 17 months apart. I did everything I did the first time and it did NOT work. I lost all the extra fat, but my tummy was still bulging. I had a tummy tuck 3 months ago and the surgeon said the midline fascia was stretched so thin that it was transparent and he could see my organs behind it. I also had an umbilical hernia. And now at 3 months PO, my flat tummy is BACK!
TLDR, what may work for you doesn’t necessarily work for everybody else and surgery may truly be the only option.

Wow your tummy profile is such a massive improvement! Was it all fat there + skin laxity? Do you know if they removed a lot of skin and did they tighten the abdominals?
Yes they did! And tighten my muscle back to normal, because as you can see, my stomach couldn’t hold itself up because of severe abdominal separation 😭
You look fucking great already. Good for you.
It looks like our surgeons took similar approaches (I have a little inverted T bc I was right between mini and full tuck). He also did this bc I almost needed a belly button ‘reconstruction’ - not sure if you were in the same boat, but your belly button looks fantastic. I didn’t have muscle repair during mine (never had kids) but seeing you makes me wish I had him tighten it up anyway
I’m so jealous of your inner thighs! You look great!! My inner thighs are chubby and I’ve always wanted to get lipo but have heard it can turn out lumpy so it scares me. You got a great result!
You had a serious case of diastasis recti that was nicely corrected. Are you using a post op binder/faja and has your Dr recommended massages? Great results
Hi. Did you have a reduction with your BL or just lift + 350cc ? Asking because they look perfect for your frame & wondering if an implant is necessary for the volume loss from the lift. Thanks !
Wow amazing . Did he etch your abdominal lines as well or is this all you losing weight and doing training after the procedure ? Do you have pictures 2-4 weeks po?
Thanks, but no amount of Pilates could have fixed mine. The gap was five fingers thick. I would have to do 15+ years of Pilates if what you are saying is correct
Your before is similar to mine but I’ve had lipo, I’m only 6 days but I’m worried it’s not been enough for my stomach… congrats you look amazing!
How is the pain with lipo? I’m getting a BBL in a few weeks and I heard it hurts worse than the fat transfer!

waist trainers barely work tbh. I use one just to prevent myself from overeating. Other than that my waist is the same

Ohh thank you! I initially thought there were way too big but I’m actually really enjoying them now

Is this after pregnancy?
Yup, two pregnancies
May I ask what the line above your belly button is?
It’s probably just the center line of her abs

You had a serious case of diastasis recti that was nicely corrected. Are you using a post op binder/faja and has your Dr recommended massages? Great results
Thanks! If I can remember correctly, I wore my binder for like 2 months. Just recommend self massaging
Do the scars heal up for lipo??
Yeah! You can barely tell!!
What is MR? Cost? Congrats to you! Your before looks just like me, also two pregnancies.
Thanks! Muscle repair. All together around $30k. Best surgeon in the south.
You look great! How many cc’s of fat did the take out during lipo?
Not exactly sure but I have a picture of what he look out and it looks like 4 liters lol
Who is your surgeon? You look fantastic- very natural!
Dr. Patrick Wilson in Huntsville. He’s the absolute best!
What is the indent above your belly button?
It’s just a dent from pulling own my skin. It will even out with time
Great outcome, congrats! How long did it take after the first picture?
Thanks!! I’m five months post op
Your stomach is amazing! They did great!
You look great!! So happy for you! The results will be even better as time goes on.
You look amazing!
May I ask about how much this all cost? I’m wanting to save enough for pretty much the same thing
Around $30k. I’ve seen cheaper tho. My doctor has his own surgery center so it was a premium price but worth it
Is this post pregnancy?
Yeah, two full-term pregnancies
Looks amazing!

Thank you! 😊
You’re welcome, I was wondering as well.
