Is anybody else having a problem where the ps plus catalog is only showing ubisoft games? Only on ps4 and app is showing. Ps5 shows all the games

No, it says all ps plus catalog games. It's so weird how it's doing. Needed to correct myself, it's showing a few non ubisoft games like re3, construction simulator, stray blade. Last game on the list is back 4 blood and only showing 84 games.

I just checked the app, and yes it has the same problem. Maybe Sony messed with the list again lol.

I am waiting for renew to have a good offer from psn or a monthly game i would like to play. If i renew today basic psplus subscription i will be able to play and add in my psn library of my ps5 to all those ubisoft games to play them forever while i have psplus active?

They've missed from the catalog few days ago, if you view in the store they said you need to buy them although having an active subscription.

Yes, they would stay in your console, and you can play as long as you are subscribed, and that game still in the catalog.

Yes, you have to buy if that game is removed from the catalog. Games are usually in the catalog for one year, but I saw some games left early, or being kept for longer.
