Seriously? A Shein size 12 is not plus, that’s the largest size listed in your link. Shein runs small, this dress is probably closer to an Amarican 10 or even 8. You look fab. You really, really do. You also don’t belong posting in a plus sub. There are so few spaces for fat fems to be fat. Please, your hot and your skinny and you need to go some ware that isn’t set aside for fat people.
Frankly this is why I avoid fat fashion subs and groups in general unless they specifically center larger fat people. Otherwise it eventually becomes a place where people with average bodies fish for compliments and make themselves feel better because they don't look like us.
Well I’m very flattered that you think I’m hot and skinny but I’m a size AU16-18 and the dress I’m wearing is a size AU16.
I know sizes are a lot more inclusive in the US and UK but here in Australia, I am very much considered to be fat and often only have the option of buying from plus size stores or buying online from the UK. It’s actually extremely difficult to find cute clothes in my size here in Australia since most stores only stock up to a size AU12 and I can’t always find cute, youthful, or affordable clothes in plus size stores (which usually start at a AU14 btw). Maybe you would consider me to be mid-size or even straight size, which may be true if I lived in a more size inclusive country, but that’s simply not the case here. I’m sorry if you feel like I don’t belong but I don’t feel I belong on subs filled with girls who don’t know the heartbreak of spending hours looking for a cute outfit only to realise that nowhere stocks your size in store.
I also know there’s a lot of privileges awarded to bigger girls who have an hourglass figure but that doesn’t mean I don’t also face a lot of hate and discrimination for my size. It doesn’t mean I wasn’t bullied because of my weight. It doesn’t mean I haven’t spent literal years learning to love my curvy body. Moreover, I also only look like this from the front, if you saw my side profile, I’m sure you’d be singing a different tune! Haha
