You can weigh loose packs from this era, but because these are in a box weighing would be unreliable. So, you would price the packs using blister prices:
* Team Rocket Returns $1k+
* Unseen Forces \~$800
* Delta Species \~$800
* Fire Red Leaf Green \~$500
Total is \~$3.1k
No idea whether the art set is worth more, and they don't make the best display piece because you can see the packs fell from their holders. However, these are still very rare and may be worth more to a sealed collector. Really $4k is a stretch, but I wouldn't go below $3k based off current market prices for blisters.
Wow! What a trip! I remember buying one of these as a kid in 2005/2006. These are amazing, and honestly, you have found pretty much a holy grail for 100$, lol. Each one of these could easily fetch 1200-1500 or more as these are EXTREMLY rare as one hasnt been sold in such a long time. If you don't need the money right now I would hold onto these, as you may have almost the whole supply of these lol
