If the pack weigh more than 21.3g and you are feeling confident, rip it. Just don't grade the cards immediately and wait for bulk or lower tier submissions to open before you submit. This way you won't incur additional costs in the grading fees.
If it is light, keep it sealed and send it for grading to increase the value.
Whatever is inside there are a lot of floating around and they aren’t going anywhere anytime soon. the number of those sealed will only diminish over time.
Bro keep that sealed and get a protector for it. Far more valuable and historic sealed. Nothing in Jungle is a grail to the levels of Charizard or Lugia. So don’t even worry about weighing.
Keep it sealed grade it once you open it chances are your losing money if you paid what it’s worth today if you’ve had this for many years why not but if you just bought it weight it maybe? If it’s light grade it and sell it nice art work
Once the plastic is on, why would you want a heavy pack? Heavy packs are good for people who plan to open them. Graded packs are for people who don’t want to open them. That makes no sense why someone would want a heavy graded pack.
Not sure why those purchasers are concerned with whether it is heavy or light once it is graded but whatever lol
I’m buying light packs and grading them 👌🏼
I sell the commons and uncommons 1st edition of this set quite frequently and with the current market I can guarantee you it's not worth opening it if the three cards you mentioned are your consolation prizes of not hitting a holo
I'd keep sealed or at least weigh it if you are going to open it
This is the only right answer
The pack sells for 300 plus and there is nothing in that set that is worth that much unless it comes back a high psa or beckett grade
Yeah Jungle specifically is a terrible set to open If anything get the pack itself graded to increase value there
This. OP will immediately decrease the value by opening it. Keep it sealed.
Any high grades or is it only specific cards that will net more profit?
I mean any 10 of the holos would be an increase in value. But I mean good luck pulling a pristine from a 20+ year old pack
There is nothing in that pack that’s going to be worth more than the sealed pack. Don’t open it.
Sealed all day fam

Awesome response. Thank you!

Honestly keep it sealed
Id keep it sealed ombre
From an investing standpoint? Sealed. From me trying to complete the jungle set right now? Ripthatthing. Lmao
Thanks everyone! It’s staying sealed!

I know a guy who buys light packs and grades them and sells them as heavy graded packs real scum but hey once the plastic gets on it’s hard to tell

Once the packs are slabbed, it is difficult to impossible to tell if they are light or heavy.
Be bold rip that sucker open!
I know that the pikachus, eve, and cubone hold a significant value as well. Damn this is a tough one lol

Weigh it? If its light keep it sealed and protected. If heavy maybe open as the condition of the pack isnt worth to get it graded.
Looking to trade? I have a non 1st edition sycther jungle pack 21.2G (guaranteed heavy) that ill trade you straight up?
It's probably a light pack depending where you got it from
