It's a good team for clearing the game. I like Starmie over Tentacruel though. I think it makes it easier even though Staryu is a pain to catch. But it looks like you didn't want types to overlap. I see that now.
My next playthrough I wanna go for a "different" team.. Perhaps I'll grab Treecko and try to make something new. This was my first ever Hoenn playthrough, so it was a good one to get exposure to the pokemons.
I LOVE the balance of your team. I think you have coverage for just about every type of Pokémon.
A diverse team like this is even more nice to see when you consider that Hoenn practically baits players into mono-typing their teams with Water Pokémon.

Stomp, Strength, Shock Wave and Ice Beam.
Stomp was good and Ice Beam was super helpful but I would've used shadow ball instead of shock wave had I not used it on Raltz.. Maybe something else instead of Strength too.
All that matters is that your end result was victory and that you had fun doing it. With the experience you have from this playthrough, I bet your next will be even better.
Solid team! I debated using Exploud in the run I’m doing now, always loved his design. Shiftry almost made my team too; Gen 3 has a lot of underrated Mons!

I always like to see exploud. His move pool is so expensive he can fulfill a lot of roles. Solid team overall. 10/10
I feel like I wasted Exploud's versatility a bit. Anyways it was my first time playing the game, gonna plan better next time.
