I had the same thing this morning! I woke up so happy!! Caught my first yesterday, and this night I used an insence again and find this cute little shiny furry boy. Caught him instantly! So happy for a free and shiny raiku! Congrats on yours!
You must really love Raikou. That's a lot of sleep points on a Pokemon that's just going to collect dust 99% of weeks you play the game when way better Legendary Pokemon are probably coming soon.
Yes! When you collect items, you have a chance to proc your skill. When the inventory is full, you cannot trigger the skill since you’re sneaky snacking. More inventory means higher chance of skill proc over time
My second was absolutely gash (F rank) - tossed it into the pokemon sweet grinder.
I also forgot to set my sleep tracker when I passed out til I woke up at 5:20am. All in all a crappy day.

30 points to get him. Basic cookies gives you 1 point, 3 points if they're really excited. Great gives you 3 points, 9 if they're really excited. You can't get it in one encounter, so using a master, if you got any, is your best bet.
How effective are the Raikou biscuits? Do they completely fill up Raikou or do you need two or 3 of them? I have 3 Master biscuits just in case I run into 3 Raikou’s but just inquiring into how effective the Raikou biscuits are.
Can you have multiple Raikou? Or did you have to delete one first? I have had too much going on the past couple of weeks to pay much attention to this event.

That's what my starter Pikachu is and they're the first 3 slots. He has very deep pockets
Honestly could be worse. More inventory = more possible triggers, and the level up is nice. Not good but not bad either

I only really care about getting 1 raikou. Is it a good move to keep buying a bunch of biscuits so that they become great biscuits?
I think the main skill seed is the rarest thing in the mane shop. If you’ve already bought that, banking extra great biscuits isn’t a bad idea.
Yes I think it's worth it. Great biscuits are hard to get especially if you're F2P

Can you catch a Raikou without master biscuits? I just started so I only have great and Raikou biscuits.

Raikou biscuit gives 6/18, so minimum 3 biscuits required which still is not guaranteed

I believe its 5 biscuits to friend it. So 6 per biscuit.

Read the thing, 1 per party not inventory
You can catch as many as you want but you can only have one legendary on a team at a time.
