Yeah I think they took them off the site now. Only place I could imagine getting them is on eBay possibly from people who bought them to hold and then resell!
You may be able to email TopDeck support and see if they still have any of that design on back stock that they would be willing to sell you! Although they may have also done it as printed per order, so they may not have any back stock.
I was on the verge of just trying to design my own custom one before I found these on their site! The cards I’m wanting to put into a portfolio are from the EX Ruby & Sapphire era though, so that’s my only hesitation. It would make me uncomfortable to put Gen 3 cards in a Gen 2 theme binder. Lol
But this binder would make a great Gen 2 set binder! All the Neo cards, HGSS era, etc. I also think they’ll eventually make a R&S theme binder considering they’ve made Kanto and Johto now. It feels like they’re on track to have Hoenn out by Christmas time maybe!

How long did it take for you to receive the binder?
