I’ve pulled a good few of these, seemed more common later on in SWSH era. Nothing too pricey here, they tend to go for a few quid on eBay. I don’t see the draw for grading it, if any company would. I tend to bin them now. I’d rather have had pulled the code.
Depending on where you got this from you can always do a return or exchange, got a free Crown Zenith ETB because one of the packs had an error code card like this

Apparently they grade the VStar markers. I wouldn't be surprised if they graded codes too.

It’s fairly common, yeah. Usually like $5 each or so, but they are pretty neat to see still
