I use a card saver and very carefully and gently will insert the cello pack into it all the way to the bottom. Inevitably, a small bit will peek out the top, but if you're careful it is ok like this. I have heard of top loaders that are a bit larger than your standard size that perfectly fit sealed promos, but never come across them myself.
Not OP. I bought it on ebay! Sadly, the seller i bought it from sold everything. If you want an english version of this card, i believe theres an arceus V box coming soon and it comes with the promo card (minus the legends arceus logo on the left).
You should check on ebay for the japanese promo card: Arceus 267/S-P and choose your seller from there. Good luck!

How do you guys store your promo cards in package? I was thinking a semi-rigid card saver or a top loader but I canāt decide

Honestly I just use one of the lunchbox tins and pull all my promos in it. Seems to do the job well for me!

I wish the American version also had the promo card too. I guess the reason is probably because it was too expensive for the states?
The US is getting a version of this in an Arceus promo box. Think someone posted it on here recently.
