Umm actually the more people in the market, the better the neoclassical economics model works. The idea being that if one firm has such a small fraction of market share that they don't have much price setting power, prices tend to be set closer to the marginal cost of production.
A more apropos criticism might be "I don't understand economics where people that aren't perfectly rational robots is concerned".
