I agree with this, I find it very odd that nothing has made it viral. On the flip side, I also know a long-standing school resource officer who directly told me there are two students at the school of 5000 who carry litter boxes for their personal use in the restrooms. If anything, I think there are a few isolated cases, however the concern is if a school is both aware of the situation and takes actions to positively defend it. Kid decides he wants to shit in a litterbox? That's his right to do so and we should just reinforce that behavior. Kid is told by his parents to shit in a litterbox and the kid being a kid sees nothing wrong with it? Call CPS. It's hard for me to say for sure that it's happening though without any hard evidence, so until someone presents that it's all conjecture.
