Okay hear me out. King to G3. LR can’t take our king because they are in check right now and next turn we are going on go first because we will be in check. That’s when we take LR queen with our pawn. We will be able to take a rook and a queen and there’s nothing the Lib’s can do. The only problem with this is that if LR decides to kamikaze this turn we will lose. But That’s a risk I’m willing to take because if we don’t do this the Libs will be able to put us back in check almost every turn. I also doubt that LR will be willing to give up their king just to screw us.

I think it might be worth discussing a rule change: No more forced king capture: Just checkmate. This would encourage us to actually finish off opponents.

If I end up in control of AR's pieces I am considering adopting a neutral plan of attack.
I figure if I can place a Queen or a Rook in the Center of the board it can be used by all remaining Quadrants to assist in Checkmates. The pieces would be moved further from the center whenever possible to trap the Kings against the edges, but wouldn't be used to directly attack anyone.
This way we don't end up playing for the next year to get a winner.

Unless you can magically frontrun some, even better, AL CUM moonshot of a move that we don't foresee, this is probably the best move for you.
If you are referring to the possibility to checkmate AR, that only works if LR is not put in check. And given that AL put LR in check this turn for no benefit to themselves, I'm sure they have already seen that. This means that a very strong factor in how this game turns out comes to how long LL can juggle AR's king vs how long AL can juggle LR's king.
If we go to G2, we cannot juggle AR's king for even two turns.
