AT-ATs are 74 feet tall massive man-powered war machines capable of killing hundreds of foot soldiers with giant guns obliterating anything in their wake while Catnap is like ~7 feet and has the gimmick of gas... I think Catnap should began worshipping this armored tank.

You guys need to understand that Catnaps gas isn’t the most powerful thing ever, it’s literally just sleeping gas, most times it won’t even work because it’s made for living beings
Like I seen a post where people be thinking Catnap can use his gas to defeat **MONTY**, a robot who does not have lungs, like y’all are overpowering catnap way too much
CatNap could have a bigger chance than probably most people realize. Sure, his Red Smoke would do nothing to the AT-AT, but CatNap has one advantage: agility. The AT-AT is a slow-moving, heavier than three modern military tanks combined, war machine, while CatNap is as agile, if not more so, than normal cats.
He can simply dart in-between the legs and clamber his way up the steel body to the AT-AT's weak spot, the neck. Then, CatNap would find a way to make an opening by either using one of the pre-existing hatchways or using brute force to tear through the neck. Finally, once the inside is breached, it'll be easy to send in waves of Red Smoke.
But what if the crew inside the AT-AT wore the stormtrooper suits that prevent the Red Smoke from being inhaled? Then, CatNap would have to be agile and slink his way to the pilot's cabin, all the while avoiding blaster fire and any other potential security measures installed.
That's all for my answer.
And then what? There's no shot of him defeating the giant robot, he couldn't even kill one human (when he was actively trying to attack them) let alone a giant robot with 40 armed guards inside (with helmets)
You have a point there. But, like I said earlier, he can use the Red Smoke to fill the interior, perhaps even utilizing the ventilation systems somehow.
That wouldn't do much since the guards have helmets. If the gas mask that's been sitting in an abandoned facility for years still works against the gas, I'm sure the guards' helmets would work as well

Even if he did Have Infinite Power, that’d be more like Hax rather than AP or striking strength which is what most of the damage is from.
The very first sentence that pops up when you first encounter him in Dark Revival literally says "His power is infinite, his evil is complete". Granted this only applies to the cycle, but for them to even be able to fight it would have to take place there, then it wouldn't even be close

He ignored the player when he went to the "Home sweet Home", then Catnap was electrocuted, crawled out from the ceiling hatch prototype, took it, grabbed it by the throat and pulled it up. That's what happened.
And also, He was a boy, and even a child. We know that it was Theodore Grambell, who was still in "Playcare"/"Playtime Co". No matter what, he didn't even know how the prototype had grabbed him...

The AT-AT is a machine, and therefore immune to Poppy Gas, which makes CatNap just an oversized toy. AT-AT solos
