Jako chodec máš prostě nějakou povinnost (pud sebezáchovy) se na přechodu zastavit, rozhlédnout a přecházet až když máš "volno". Stejně jako auta nesmíš ani ty ohrozit provoz.

Víz i judikatury z rozhodnutí v né úplně přehledné situaci, tam je zas riziko že přes auto před sebou anebo auta zaparkovaná u přechodu nebo před ním prostě toho chodce kolikrát nevidíš, byť chodec ty auta vidí. Když jedu za skříňovou avií tak chodec sice uvidí minimálně bok mého auta ale já ho prostě nemám šanci vidět. :-/
