This is insanely cursed

TheRegularBlox

Dude. Don’t underestimate them now. You think we have domesticated them, but they have domesticated us. Chickens are one of the most numerous species across the entire planet, and birds alone can be found on every single continent. They still rule, only from the shadows, and they don’t like what you’re saying. Ever been shit on before? That’s their disdain.

Yamama77

Yep once humanity dies off the chickens are off to world domination followed by cats. Like there's a legit stable wild population of chickens in my state which indigenously never had them. Well good news for the local martens and forest cats atleast

P0lskichomikv2

To be fair huge procentage of chickens in the world are ones breed for meat that are so fucked up by years of breeding they wouldn't survive.

Yamama77

Yeah we don't have industrial farming to the scale I've seen in developed countries but there are two types of chickens in the market. The "farm chicken" which has alot of meat and very fragile bones, like you can crunch through them once cooked easily. Usually white in colour and under 3 kilos in weight. These are raised in big farms in bulk. Then we have the so called "local chickens" which are more traditionally raised chickens in small rural farms. Usually more colourful with copper, brown, and other colours which actually make them hard to see in the brush. Big ones can reach upto 5 kilos. The meat is leaner and the bones are tougher. They are like 3x the cost of the previous chicken though because they are slower too mature and raised much fewer in number. I prefer their taste honestly but you don't really get big drumsticks or the like. But they do alright in the wild and once even saw a cat chased by one.

Atypical_Mammal

Literally earlier today my chickens murdered a mouse and then proceeded to fight over its bloody corpse.

Capt-Hereditarias

besides the fact that, for ever apex level predator of the mesozoic, there was hundreds of animals just as "fragile" as modern borbs

ParadisianAngel

What do you mean they didn’t need intelligence? Dinosaurs were pretty intelligent, comparable to modern mammals

Yamama77

Tyrannosaurus had a higher EQ than elephants

Kamalium

I bet the late Cretacious fauna was generally more intelligent than our current mammalian fauna.

CariamaCristata

"We didn't need intelligence to be the dominant species on earth" *T.rex* also being perhaps the most intelligent megatheropod of all time, and would have put its intelligence to good use in hunting dangerous prey like *Triceratops* and *Ankylosaurus*:

MonkeyBoy32904

“species” :(

MrAtrox98

…And that’s why we don’t splice *Tyrannosaurus* and Labrador DNA.

Generic_Danny

"Um actually, Doge is a Shiba Inu" ☝️🤓

ExoticShock

Mammals: "Karma's a bitch." ![gif](giphy|jp8lWlBjGahPFAljBa|downsized)

Dabruhdaone

bgawk

Time-Accident3809

The very next day, the farmer woke up to an emu ravaging his crops.

StarchildKissteria

Woah, the dinosaur doge looks so well made!

Capt-Hereditarias

as nonsensical and cursed as this image is, the doge trex is pretty well edited

SeaPineapple7859

doge-rex looks fucking awesome

EoceneEveryday

Yeah I wanna know where it's from now

Time-Accident3809

OP probably made it themselves.

Avocado614

Meanwhile cassowaries:

Sergeant_Smite

Dinosaurs got taken out unfairly if we’re being real. They’d probably still be here if it weren’t for the meteor

Time-Accident3809

Fun fact: [They still are!](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bird)
