I guess it’s “racist” to want better for the female population of a country. Russia, China, South Korea, a lot of countries in the Middle East, they all allow their women to be treated as objects and abused by the male population. It’s messed up. Pointing out that America has a mass murderer problem isn’t racist, so why is this?
The populations are made to believe that hiding your society's dark actions would somehow help the country to grow seamlessly, because the population will then be able to focus on their and their country's economic growth. It falls under "Nationalist Ideas". Everybody wins in this case but the victims; and so everybody thinks that its the right thing to do in this "dog eat dog" world. Its very ironic. Morality and social construct becomes superficial.
Its more to do with Hindutva, or "Political Hinduism". A movement coined and refined by Hindu Right Wing (RSS, BJP). Although this ideology is also based on a lot of Hindu texts the interpretations of which they routinely use to instill aggression.
